Gotta hang some blinds and pictures for the wife.

Then it's shoulders, bis, and tris for me. I've tried incorporating them in with other muscle groups in many variations and it seems that giving them their own day provides the best workout for me

At least you know what you have to do. I've needed to hang these photos for weeks and she still can't tell me where she wants them. But rest assured every Friday rolls around and it's " do you think you could help me hang the pictures this weekend"?

Just hang them all sorts of crazy all over house

Then you won't have to ever hang pictures again

My wife would always ask me to get something out of her purse, I never could find anything in there. I turned it upside down and threw everything all over the couch, guess what?

I DON'T GET TO GET ANYTHING OUT OF HER PURSE ANYMORE, lol.

Wish it were that simple. If I did that I'd never hear the end of it until they were all hung proper. My wife isn't much of a do it yourself type when it comes to things like that.

Install hardwood. That's what I did. I don't mind the 10 minutes it takes to do the kitchen living room and hall with the swiffer.

    Browns vs. Bengals!

    Let us pray

"Dear lord, On this fine sunday our Browns fans are in a time of need. Please either strike down our terrible quarterback or give him the balls and skills he has been lacking for the last 28 yrs."

    That is all

No you want just tell her it's broke then

Put it up and pretend you don't know what she is speaking of

Or as D has just explained spend 2 grand on hardwood and you can run a dustmop over it in 5 minutes.

    Hardwood floors are sharp

Can't replace the floors though, we're just renting the condo

    Condo, Pfffttt!!!!!

Kidding, just vacuum and love it

Supposedly a female that has a male companion that does his share of the chores is more likely to have sexual relations with said woman. It's makes them horny to see us do chores?? Really?

Condos are great my friend. No yard work/maintenance/depreciation

I think that rule only applies if you're married.

    It very well may

I have never been jumped while sweeping so it might not do the same for the bride

Although a condo with none of the above would be nice. I would prefer it be tropical tho

yup a nice balcony and apartment (condo) for me anyday over a house

usually they pretty new so that means modern i.e wood/tile floor, marble worktops etc while houses can be tired and boring........

No depreciation in a house unless you just really let it go. I bought my house for about 20k below the appraisal value and it was only 12 years old at the time. The current tax appraisal is about 35k more than I paid and doesn't include the renovations I've done on the inside.

You're lucky bud. I know many ppl whose houses are worth 1/2 of what they paid for em 10 yrs ago.

i dont think i hoem is a good investment. Most people look at what they paid for it. But also look how much you are paying with the interest on the mortgage. All the cost of repairs you have to make over the years. The time you spend up keeping it. Mowing the lawn and the equipment you have to purchase to do that. The insurance on the home. All that ads up.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

I timed my purchase just right! I bought it about 3 years ago and knowing it was a starter home as I was single at the time. I wasn't looking for anything great just something to build up from. Working with my real estate agent he found me this house and I knew it was perfect for my plans. It hadn't made it into forclosure just yet but the owners were only a few weeks away from it when I got it in to contract. So I got my starter home for their payoff amount.

I mean it's nothing major. It's a 3br 2ba about 1100 sq feet. But the equity will put the family and I into a much nicer house when we are ready to sell.

i find that removing the exhaust from a cbr and bouncing it off the limiter for a few mins at 7am does wonders for relationship with neighbours

Lol. If I had one I would do that.

Had to almost kick this guys ass he would ride his 4 wheeler in the back right up against my fence.

I stopped him one day and "gently" told him that if it continued to ride and look in my windows I would bury him under his own house. Something like that

did you ask him if he wanted his quadbike buried with him and the extra work would be no problem since your such a good neighbour?

Jasc, oh Jasc where are you???

    Your watching NFL right??

How tired already are you of hearing "oh my, if we had the real refs then these calls would/would not be getting called"

Good grief they are refs to, its not like the movie the replacements where they grabbed some dudes off the street.

    Enough is enough already!!!!
