Gotta hang some blinds and pictures for the wife.

Then it's shoulders, bis, and tris for me. I've tried incorporating them in with other muscle groups in many variations and it seems that giving them their own day provides the best workout for me

At least you know what you have to do. I've needed to hang these photos for weeks and she still can't tell me where she wants them. But rest assured every Friday rolls around and it's " do you think you could help me hang the pictures this weekend"?

yup a nice balcony and apartment (condo) for me anyday over a house

usually they pretty new so that means modern i.e wood/tile floor, marble worktops etc while houses can be tired and boring........

No depreciation in a house unless you just really let it go. I bought my house for about 20k below the appraisal value and it was only 12 years old at the time. The current tax appraisal is about 35k more than I paid and doesn't include the renovations I've done on the inside.

i dont think i hoem is a good investment. Most people look at what they paid for it. But also look how much you are paying with the interest on the mortgage. All the cost of repairs you have to make over the years. The time you spend up keeping it. Mowing the lawn and the equipment you have to purchase to do that. The insurance on the home. All that ads up.
