I keep hearing about this.. If it helps with productivity, I would love to look more into it. I have no problem with motivation, but I do get tired due to the rigorous workout schedule. I'm worried if I did do anything like that, I may short myself out of needed sleep. Hmmm.. I think I'll mention this to my doc and she what she says.
