On another note I rent a spare bedroom to a 24 year old russian female student. She has only been with me for a month. Last night as I walked in to the kitchen I ripped out a load fart. I did not know she was in the kitchen. I walked in said hello and walked right back out. I had to go outside and laugh. When I finally walked back in composed she made believe she did not hear it.

bahahaha eventually she had to be broken in to living with me

She is hot but she is 24. A bit young for me.

Yea wife is the best. I really hope I don't fvck it up cause she is irreplaceable.

I usually rent out 2 rooms to young female students. One just left a couple weeks ago so I only have 1 at the moment. I've never mixed business. That could go really bad.

I am ready to retire as well. I had planned to retire at end of this year but now my oldest is going back to college so I guess I will keep working for a while.
