That's multitasking sure enough. Got plenty of metal here at work but don't get much time to lift it. Spend most of my time turning it into whatever we have prints for/ is needed.

Besides going to the gym I have a few different dumbbells sitting under my desk in case I cant get away or the urge hits me.

Sort of, we have a gym at my work just a couple of buildings away, short 5 minute walk so I take advantage of it at night.

Thats good setup. I may buy some equip. Waiting for gym to open seems to be my new pastime. But at least I'm getting all my cooking done for week so its not total loss.

Nope its god awful in merica. They dont let it settle like they should in bars etc same everywere outside of ireland lol. We weree in germany in an irish bar and order two guinness the barman gave us two quite fast and said the price of the pints we answered he must have caught the accents as he took away the pints and gave us proper pulled ones lol.

Do not mix guinness with cider over here you'll be shot lol

    You got a fast car
I got a job that pays all our bills
You stay out drinking late at the bar
See more of your friends than you do of your kids
    I'd always hoped for better
Thought maybe together you and me would find it
I got no plans I ain't going nowhere
So take your fast car and keep on driving

    Morning moose knuckle hunters!

Went to some fancy steak house in NOLA last night with a big group of friends and I am still full from the half of cow I ate last night.

One more Christmas party today and then I'm done with Christmas traveling

    Talking about wood.....

I went to a house party in Harlem late friday night. Started dancing with some random woman and started grinding her from behind poking her with the wood. Scared the shit out of her.

Sunday is usually my only day off work, so I celebrate with a big cheat meal for breakfast followed closely by a nap.

I do the same. I commandeered two scrapped out threaded bolts. They weigh about 30lbs each. I'm going to machine them down for Olympic size dumbbells. Right now they're good enough to throw around for a few reps.
