    Every avi pick I have ever used, (and there have been several) have all been mine and unaltered. I dont think being out of shape automatically makes you lose credibility but I know being in shape automatically gains you some.

    Only area I mess with oils is in my calfs. It was to gain symmetry in my arm to calf ratio. Long term the oil stretches fascia and allows further room for hypertrophy as that compartment is rather tight. On another note- as far as age. I feel as if I am making solid gains better now than at younger years. I have a lightening metabolism and am blessed to eat as I please. Actually I must eat 5000Kcal/day or I will drop 5 lbs. My calfs naturally were about 18.5" and I just always wanted them on same level as arms. It is the only area I have messed with oil and did a lot of reading and practicing before I messed with. When I don't touch up quartet they may go down 1/2".

    Sure. I had a national BP competition in training at the time and my goal class I tried to make was 181 and set a WR. Most was water as sauna and lasix was killing me

    How can you go from 225-240lbs 6% to 180lbs 6% using a sauna and lasix at exactly the same bf%?

    as having competed plifting for 16yrs i can agree and tell you that guy is talking complete crap, theres no way he dropped weight like that and held strength, no serious plifter manages their body weight like this

    Because 75% of BW is water. It's done all the time in competition. 48 hour weigh ins gain back 20lbs.

    Guys I competed against would go 181 then do a 242 show all the time. Ask anyone on that level. Guys have held WR in 4 weight classes. From 181 198 220 242. All at the same time.

    So of I got to roughly 190 something or so and I'm on any given day say 230ish that's 25 lbs or so- That is nothing. Wrestlers boxers NFL lineman do that in 4 days. You just do not know the sport of PL and that's ok.

    I lifted in every federation such as APF USPF IPF NASA WPF- WPO where I got paid btw. WNPF. Bitch I competed from1997-2001 3 or so nationals, couple worlds MF and WR's. And I competed internationally. Trained with Anthony Clark Ryan Kennelly Jon grove steve goggins all the best. Keep ****ing running your mouth. I'm 42 now and unshirted ill do 550X2 315x20.
