No they are training eating and resting for the competition.

As far as I know he's alright. Just resting and trying to recover.

Headaches, dizziness, extreme fatigue. Loss of appetite. Could be many things. Possibly high BP as well. Put myself on low dose Bystolic. May reduce gear doses or frequency as well. Diagnosis not easy when I'm running so much stuff right now. Lift routines have shifted to very heavy, low reps. E.g. Squats on Thursday before I became ill we're 5 sets, 8 reps. 650lbs. Also started the GW compound for keeping bf low so many factors possibly influencing health.

Glad I didn't have to do all that! The wife and I eloped. We just had a nice little ceremony at a historic bed and breakfast that we stayed at for a weekend. It was a lot easier that way.
