I have always been able to eat it like that, I like the cans better than the packaged ones. The cans seem tastier.

I've thought about trying to pick up a part time gig at a supp shop around here, but I doubt it would last long when the regulars stopped dumping loads of money on unnecessary crap.
I was one of those suckers a few years ago. Dropping tons on the hot new items I saw in the magazines. Didn't take long to find out it was garbage but in that short time hundreds were spent.

We do smoothies also. We do protein shakes smoothies, pre workout smoothies, and post workout smoothies.
Then the other big majority is protein and pre workouts. You have the occasional person who goes hog wild but I explain to them how important nutrition is.
Next month I start online classes for nutrition certificate. Maybe I can learn some things along the way.
