    I have always been able to eat it like that, I like the cans better than the packaged ones. The cans seem tastier.

    Avocado does sound good mixed with it.

    i mash up and avacado and put a little lime juice. It taste great.
    I only use cans also, never tried the packaged ones

    I believe hitting the gym fatigued from work in the afternoons has been holding me back in my progress. So hopefully doing it this way will improve the quality of my workouts a good bit.

    Today was the dry run just to see how I would feel and test for time and all. Think it's gonna work out great for me. New breakfast/pre work out is 1 scoop whey, 1 scoop casein, 1c oats, and 2tbsp instant coffee. I was wired for a few hours after that this morning. It should bring my intensity up a lot.

    Yeah man. Planning on doing the Knox open next year. Goal is top end of the light weight class just because that's definitely doable, but if I happen to end up in the middleweights it won't hurt my feelings any.

    Well I've been waking around 2 for work. And starting this week they pushed our start Time back to 600. So I just have to maintain the old schedule to free up that hour or so that I need for the gym. And dedication is a must if I wanna reach the goals I've set for my self for the next year. The gym is a must and doing it this way I workout while the family sleeps rather than missing time with them to hit it.

    Honestly? I do not bullshit whatsoever. I am very true and honest when it comes to people. I don't get commission, so it keeps me honest. I truly like helping people.

    I've thought about trying to pick up a part time gig at a supp shop around here, but I doubt it would last long when the regulars stopped dumping loads of money on unnecessary crap.

    I was one of those suckers a few years ago. Dropping tons on the hot new items I saw in the magazines. Didn't take long to find out it was garbage but in that short time hundreds were spent.

    We do smoothies also. We do protein shakes smoothies, pre workout smoothies, and post workout smoothies.

    Then the other big majority is protein and pre workouts. You have the occasional person who goes hog wild but I explain to them how important nutrition is.

    Next month I start online classes for nutrition certificate. Maybe I can learn some things along the way.
