Yeah. Feel fine. Intensity is actually up so that's good. Just finished legs and who ever decided stairs in a gym were a good idea is the meanest bastard alive.

Yeah thats true. I'm am glad for that I have a child with severe ADHD and aspergers, so I'm plenty busy.

Yeah she the youngest one. But she is a rounder let me tell you. Most of the time we never have issues other than the standard kids do what kids do stuff.

I'm mean she is normal to me. She can hear a song one day and repeat it the next time it's on the radio. Makes straight A's in school and they wanna put her in a higher grade. Still confusing to me. I hate doctors so maybe she is misdiagnosed and is the next Albert Einstein
