    I like the 4x10 routine too although i dont follow it very strictly. Mainly, i stick to 1min or less of rest in between sets. Keeps my HR up and panting throughout my workout. Then i do pwo cardio. 20mins.

    On non-gym days, i try to cycle for 50 mins steady state. I was wondering if other guys rest their legs at all before jumping back on the bike or treadmill.

    You mean after leg day or you mean when going from one cardio event to another??

    After legs days, i get real sore the next day. I would love to still do my cardio but dont really want to overtrain...

    Its a good routine . And same here 25min pwo Cardio after every gym session . Resting you know is important as much as i do... You ever try breathing squats ?

    I don't do cardio on leg dsays...seems counter productive to break down muscle you just worked on.

    Legs are once a week ONLY but after back surgery they are not done heavy but with good ROM...then I get good and soree and usually still am by the next leg day.

    I did legs on friday. Had pwo cardio 20min steady state on the bike. Today my legs were sore. I went 50mins on the bike anyway. You think i should have rested or keep going?
