I change it up

Today
straight bar curls 4 sets 1 warm up
seated incline dumbell curls 4 sets
seated preacher curls 4 sets

Straight bar press down 4 sets 1 warm up
nosebreakers 4 sets
close grip bench 3 sets
rope extensions 7 sets

today 6-10 reps last set on last exercise burn outs

Nice man! I haven't tried for a 1rm since the 385 pull. But Wednesday night I pulled 315 for 5, 5, and 6. I was pretty happy with that.

Got a steroid question...yeah I know this isn't the right place.

This is my first time with mast. Other vials I got its clear as hell.

just got in the rest of my stuff and the vial is kinda mily looking.

UGL and I have been using him for a while.

Says it was a special order for a guy that didnt pick it up and it's made with BA so its diff.
