In the event of a tie we will go to the forum.

Contest starts 01no12 and ends 15feb13

All pictures and stats do on 01nov12. Not a day before. Not a day after. The 2 pictures that are required are a front shot of you holding a current USA today newspaper (or if your from some Third World country that doesn't get USA today, some other prominent newspaper). Try to get as much of you body into the picture as possible. The second picture is of the scale while your standing on it showing your current weight with the same newspaper.

Scoring will be based on a minimum of 15lbs gained and the lowest bf% you can achieve.

Scoring done on a 5 point scale on the following

Body fat 1-5
Muscle mass 1-5
Overall 1-5

15lb weight gain requirement scoring
For every 5lbs that a contestant is under there is a 2pt deduction.

For every 5lbs that a contestants has gained past/over the 15lb requirement they will get 1 bonus point.

Poses that are required for finals on 15feb13 are as follows

Quarter turns
Front double biceps
Rear double biceps
Front lat spread
Rear lat spread
Side triceps
Side chest
Front abdominal and thigh

I had the chance to use a real computer so I jumped on it. I'm sure i missed alot and I know I'm missing stuff but I can change add fix from my phone. I just wanted to get it started.

Lol no I don't buy a daily newspaper.
Whoever Jordan is ****ing at the moment and rhianna putting on eyeliner is NOT news. I ain't paying £2 for a paper either. If I could guarantee having a Metro paper I would use that, and that means going on a bus. 20p is about right for a paper, if it weren't for the ink I would wipe my arse with it.

do we have official information on prizes and tshirts? That might help motivate some people. I'm giving it everything I got, time, training, food, money for above as well as blast. Doing it as smart as possible with my goals in mind as well. I'm even going to shave and tan, and if I didn't care so much I wouldn't be cutting so hard right now.

T-shirts? I'm not sure if I want to do shirts anymore. Reason being is that if I had done shirts for the first one that actually went tits up some of us would be out cash on shirts for something that didn't work out. AXx, gearbox, and myself have tossed around the idea of just doing some generic shirts, but nothing is set in stone yet.

So to clarify 200 in prize money and what austinite donated goes all to first place? And then what about the 20 entry fee, does it go to first place since not to shirts or something else that you haven't thought about yet?
