Did legs today a little while past my chiropractor visit. He said it was fine to squat but I decided to skip them. Just didn't feel good enough.
Extensions: 3 sets 20 ish reps
Verticals: 4 sets 12 ish reps
Dumbell single leg lunges: 3 sets 15-20 reps
Took a side quad pic the other day. This is the ham that was most recently torn. Looking ok for now but still training them like a pvssy. Took a little video while doing a set of extensions as well. Came out pretty cool but I have no clue how to post it here.

Found a good place to workout here in Sweden. It was also that moment when people around me did Cleans and warmed up with my 1RM. Lol. Great opportunity to learn more from people here.

Oh man, I blasted arms nicely. Left arm is continuing to improve and got a crazy pump! All good at the dentist for me. Waiting on Mrs. AG now.
May go grab some lunch. I'm thinking a 16 oz. sirloin for me, but will see how Mrs. AG is feeling. There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

I feel that my experience with keto is a bit limited as it's always been used for cutting and never as a way to maintain weight over a long period of time with maintenance calories. This last time I combined keto with IF and do not think I have ever dropped weight that fast, ever. Keto is also a great morale booster if you are the kind of person who is fixated by the scale as you'll drop crazy amounts of weight in the first few weeks.
Because of my very targeted use of keto I have never experienced that clarity others talk about while eating in this manner which they do, mostly, on unrestricted calorie intake.
For me food cooking have always been a bit of a problem so when a friend started a company delivering food for a keto diet that was the key to my consistency as far as I am concerned. Taking away cooking from the equation made all the difference.
Not sure this is helpful but happy to answer more questions.

Felt a bit off today. No access to anything but a CrossFit box while here so I'm not really doing any isolation excersises until I'm back home.
Squat snatch, 1 rep every 90 seconds at 60kg x 10
Squat clean and Jerk, 1 rep every 2 minutes at 75kg x 10
Front squat, established 5rep max. Felt a pull in my right lower back so stopped at 110kg
2k SkiErg
All in all a day to just get through.
