    Thought I would post up the good part of my labs. The rest of it is less than stellar.

    I'm about 18 lbs heavy right now, but getting ready to address that

    . My lipids fluctuate, but are generally good. On the other hand, my iron panel is shit right now

    My eGFR continues to creep back up, so I'm happy there

    I have been eating a small bowl or two of the store brand plain shredded wheat daily. One at morning, one at night.

    It's a battle between keeping Hct in range , but increasing iron. We'll see how it plays out. My blood has always been stupid, even as a kid .....plus the clotting disorder.

    Scripted 10mg rosuvastatin, but I generally don't take it. The wife is on 20mg, so that gives her a backup stash if times get tough.

    I've been able to maintain a more regular lifting schedule for the past 4 weeks or so. In the past that has been all I needed to keep lipids n check.

    2 ButiYoga (think high impact/repetitive yoga moves). High energy 🩷🩷🩷

    Also a flow yoga session and massage to start the year!

    Haven’t done in last week or so which needs to change.

    There she is!!! Glad to see you are getting in exercise despite your hectic schedule.

    I have a confession to make .....when I first read your post I read your activity as "Butt yoga". So, my dumb self is Googling the crap out of "Butt yoga" because I never had heard of it. Then, I went back and reread your post and searched it again. That's some cardio intensive activity!!!

    Let's try this now. 15 days between labs, and still a little work to do. Previous values in right hand column or you can compare to post# 61323 above that has the lipids Im so proud of, lol.

    Added Vitron-C @ 3x/week and lots of water...more than normal.


    Edit: Notice the HCT difference. Only change is extra hydration.

    Indeed it is! I loved it!!! Haven’t exercised since…no ButiYoga offered at my place now. Sad! I really really really liked the class. Should look at online option!!!

    Main focus finished hospital stint now rehab. SUCKS!!! Restarting from downgraded position sucks!!
