    Afternoon fellas/ladies, well i think i will start my wee blast this wk end.

    Fishing season starts this friday here so looking forward to that, not working this Saturday so i'll be away with the mrs fishing .

    Really thinking about moving gyms, the one i go to is a proper old place fuck you wipe your feet on the way out lol. It's all free weights and bars with very few machines.
    The place i go to a few times a month is about 30mins travel has very heavy weight also and right up to date. Same price £28 month.

    Good leg day Tuesday:

    Bike: 5 minutes then some light stretching
    Squats: 3 working. Finally pushed it back to my normal weight. Did 8 and racked it as I didn't want to take it to far.
    Verticals: 3 sets, 12-15 reps

    Seated One Leg Eccentric curls: 3 sets 8-10 reps
    Seated curls: 3 sets 10 ish reps

    Usual calf crap.

    Side note, my doc called in a script for low dose var to help with my shoulder. Awesome.

    Moving slow, still have a bug hanging on for dear life. Tried to sleep it out of me (12 solid hours last night, TY Advil PM) & pounding down yet another cup of coffee. Lunch in a moment, “Chest” and triceps later. Hope everyone’s weekends are swell.

    Edit: Well, so much for those plans. That bug is a tenacious little fella. I see a nice afternoon nap with my cat lying on my stomach.

    Thx! Feel I have nice ‘base’. Clean slate to rebuild!

    Shoe pic at glute machine after squats.

    had to cut weights short. Very fatigued after intense floor and standing yoga balance work. Had very deep tissue dude yesterday and running 500 cal deficit, dipping down on scale so perhaps explains fatigue. Taking next and gonna finish what I started tomorrow.

    Machine wg pd's 5 sets of 10

    Plate loaded pullover 4 sets of 10 same as the one on DY clip

    Rack pulls 4 sets of 10

    Plate loaded preacher curls 3 set 10 , 2 sets 8

    Seated db curls 5 sets of 10

    Standing db curls 3 sets of 8 1 set of 6

    Fixed weight bb curls 1 set 27 reps total finished.

    Done.

    Which gym did you decide to use? I think you mentioned you had found an old school place you really liked?

    Thanks mate, yes I decided to travel, i really like this other place the stuff is top notch. Only thing that puts me off on a week day is the rush hour traffic. I would have a training partener aswell there so I would be serveirly pushed which I need.

    All this pollen sucks . Chest is crapped up and coughing like I have TB. Drinking a cup of coffee and think I will go treadmill since I'm awake. Maybe it will clear out the crud.
