Sore as fuk this morning, my whole body is aching. Might be time to pull back again, my body is not recovering fast enough hitting it as hard as I have been lately. I will be picking up some deca tomorrow to add in low dose to help relieve some joint pain and aid in recovery for the end of cycle. I will run it through my cruise as well until my summer blast. Going to rest today so I am ready for back in the morning, might be a lighter weight faster pace week this week.

I think next week I'm going to do a pullback from HIT, focus more on volume and a solid pump while still hitting failure. This will line up perfectly with when I start tb500, help give the joints a break and allow for some recovery.

Tris to start
Little cable machine light weight and stretching to warm up
Smith close grip 2 warms, 2 feels, 1 working DD ( again two feels because 2 was suppose to be a working but after 8 reps stopped and added more weight for working set. Keep getting stronger) I know smith machine but 245# was working set
Preacher bar push downs 1 feel, 2 working dd
Hammer strength dips 2 working 1 drop
Single arm DB incline skulls 2 working
Bi's
Straight bar curls 2 feels, 2 working DD
Super set Hammer curls into hammer strength preacher machine
Cable curls, this time adjusted each side high instead of shoulder height. (saw someone doing this at this angle, was just trying to hit differently) not so much lol. But goo finishing burn here.
Today is usually my longest day....probably 45 mins total.

Got called into work early tonight, so lift is deferred until tomorrow. Hate it when this happens because it throws me off schedule, but I also like $$.

Chins, full hang to chin over bar: 8 7 6 6
Hammer row: 4 sets of 12 with a good stretch and squeeze.
Neutral grip pull down: 4 sets increasing weight each set to the stack (305).
DY row: 4 sets increasing weight each set.
Straight arm pulldown: 3 sets.
Hypers: 3 sets or 12 no added weight.
My body is sore, my knee pain has flared, low back is sore and tight, and my rc are fatigued, going to pull back a bit this week. Going to up my veggies and fruit intake and back off the starchy carbs this week to try and drop a bit of bf and get some good phytonutrients into me. Had a good weekend of eating and my weight is up to 275 while my mid section is tightened up a bit more, the veins in my shoulders and arms are popping more too. Been taking 12.5mg cialis eod for the past week, this could be helping the vascularity.
Chest tomorrow, going to focus on a pump and hard muscle contraction, have to give the rc a break.

I've got a really busy wk this wk guys don't think i'll get to the gym but i'll see all i need is 1 hour spare. Just gave blood there so hoping that makes a wee change to my situation as well.

Nothing worst to being involved in crazy situations and have to shit ! Lmfao. I had to drive from Nassau County out to the Hamptons in that snow yesterday. I couldn't make it up a big hill I had to back down. Traffic was so bad took 25 minutes to back up 2000 feet. Hour trip took nearly 3 hours. I'm buying a awd car !!

We're all laughing about it now (except the guy who rented the car hah) but we were so dangerously close to death and somehow made it through without a scratch. We broke through a bunch of trees until one was big enough to stop us. It was a steep drop off on the other side of the guard rail.
As soon as I made it to the bathroom I speckled the bowl, flushed, and then threw up a bunch of times. Idunno wtf is goin on wit me but I gotta figure this virus out

Oh ya I forgot, I had to piss in a 7-11 coffee cup while my wife steered the car in the snow because I was afraid to pull to pull off the hwy. I did take a zanax before we left her sisters, helped with my patience.

What a fck up of a weekend I've had. Friday parked up the company car outside a shop I was calling into came back to car and the side of it was scraped by the car that pulled into the space next to me. What a waste of time that was a needless arguing with the owner of the car that hit me.
Chilled for the weekend and now gearing up to do back cannot wait need the weights to destress.

Yes, mine has always been a nympho and I have been the opposite since sometime in my 20's. My test levels always fell in the normal range, but right at the very bottom, so I am putting my self on trt now after this cycle. Things have been so much better at home since I went on test, no more fighting over sex.

Back today
Warm up with some stretches....
Wide grip pull down 3 warms, 2 feels, 2 working got 190# 6 on first working 5 on second...PB with a DD (did lot of warms and feels just to get blood flowing)
Seated close grip rows 1 feel, 2 working DD
Hammer strength low pully 1 feel, 1 working 1 drop ( tried super setting with high pully but gym too busy)
Under hand pull downs 2 working 1 drop
Finished with Hypers holding 3 10's, to failure dropping 1, dropping second, dropping third, and then burn out.....2 sets of this. ( hams kinda hurt during this???)
Also do u guys ever do the machine version for lower back. Strap in and start almost in a crunch postion and push ur back backwards??
All in all very good session....back is def growing stronger....but still lacking separation

another great day today im feeling so great right now, unstoppable really...got 18 miles in over 2 days on the fat bike this weekend...I love the reactions we get from all the snow mobile peeps, they think were crazy but think its very cool and show us respect on the trails as we do them...I thought we would get a different reaction but am pleased with the reception so far...later on my friends...

Been tricky to get in the gym to do anything serious because of time but I have manage to get in and do a little damage!!
one day went in over the weekend and destroyed triceps, that's all I did and ive got to say wooow I made those fukers burn
then Sunday managed to do biceps and again destroyed them, both sessions lasted around 30mins in total and felt good.
Still have pain from my RC which seems to get worse due to sleeping on it.
Doing a lot of rolling and my lower back pain is virtually gone, cant wait to see how I feel squatting
Diet - been hitting carb cycling which is working well. I am around the 252-255lb mark at the moment.
Been off AAS for months now (trt only) and I may start planning something for the future, nothing heavy
