I recently did a double rbc. The buses in my area actually do it. I didn't think they would so went to the clinic first and they said they cant...so I had to find the bus.

That double donation felt weird lol. The cold plasma going back in was very different lol.

Still nervous my crit is too high but at least my bp was descent 125/78

Legs yesterday - went well and made some decent lifts and went deep into the pain barrier

Today - my shoulder is really bad so went in just to do some RC exercise external and internal rotations with the cable, also did some broom stick stretches. Got home and did some rubble roller and got deep into my myofascial stretching and made some progress but I am in a lot of pain now due to the deep tissue work I did. Going to have 3 days off now and hopefully I will be back with some force end of next week.

Food intake is good and solid, been cheating a bit but nothing out of control. I look decent enough but I would say my upper chest is starting to lag due to not being able to really throw those heavy weights around like I use to. My upper chest grows easily so this is a concern of mine. Going to concentrate on attacking it a different way rather then pre exhaust and see how things go.

Went and had my wife check my bp manually, she is a nurse, it was 140/80 so I am good with that. I have always had a bit higher first number, so I am not concerned anymore, I kinda knew the machine wasn't accurate.

Just did a double blood myself last week. Definitely captured the feeling with, "less sluggish". My hematocrit was pretty high, 52, so that helped.

They said my blood pressure was a bit high, but within limit to proceed. I love that cold refreshing rush back in when they circulate the blood.

I'm always high at first too. They always have to tell me to take some deep breaths and relax for a few minutes before they re-check it, then I'm good.

I think I may be sadistic...

Killed my chest yesterday with a solid 35 minute HIT session. Followed that up with some HIIT snow shoveling in the driveway for about 30 minutes. As if that wasn't enough, I finally decided to conquer the garage and clear out the other half to allow both cars to fit in garage for this hellish winter. That was A LOT of trips to the basement storage. Legs, back, and chest hurting at this point.

Woke up today with a sore back (from yesterday) and absolutely destroyed my legs with my best leg HIT session to date.

What now? My sadistic ass volunteered to help my in-laws move to their new home. A few trips of moving truck loading and unloading coming right up....

Then, an early morning back on the street tomorrow at work.

    Love it ha

Can you use HIT when trying to shed bodyfat? When cutting you are doing ore cardio and in a calorie deficit which could have you a little weaker versus when bulking. Just curious about this

Sure, just don't make the calorie deficit too high.

Back today, lowered the volume a bit and did a few different exercises to shock my back. My tri's are still really sore from arms on Sat, and my low back/hams are really tight, probably from going heavy on bar curls.

    Chins: 3 sets

Hammer DY row: 3 sets, just trying to squeeze and get full range of motion fully focusing on the muscle contraction.

Neutral grip pull down: 2 feel, 1 working

Hammer low row: 3 sets, not a fan of this machine, I think I'm too tall. Kinda mimics bent bar row over hand grip.

D handle close pull down: 3 sets

    15 min on the bike

3 sets flexed arm hang with legs extended out, damn those are hard at the end of back day.

Not a bad workout, still sore from pushing hard last week and tired from giving blood maybe. My weight was up to 272, I tried eating a lot yesterday while cutting back on carbs. Chest tomorrow, hope my tri's are in better shape or my lifts might suffer a bit.

Just back from shoulders and traps RC ex to start.

Seated side raises pre ex light weight 5 sets high rep

Standing side raises 3 sets each side high rep

Front raises with a plate 4 sets high rep

Face pulls 3 sets med rep

One arm cable rev fly 3 set a side med rep

    Traps

BB shrugs 4 sets high rep

Behind back shrugs 4 med rep

Well i did get a bit of bother from this fvcking right shoulder the day doing front and side raises i'm still waiting on the physio app so i will chase that up the day it's been more than a month now since i was referred.
Apart from the pain i did get a good burn from the muscle and worked them till i failed as you know i can't do HIT on shoulder day because of my fvcked RC so i have to do more sets high rep just to get a shoulder session in.

Clarky, when my RC was messed up I basically dropped all side raises for a while, all they did was aggravate my RC even more. I did machine and db presses and shrugs, I would throw in rear machine work too cause that didn't hurt. I also find when I do light side raises if feel it in the joint more then the muscle, if I do heavy singles supporting myself with the non working hand on an incline bench, there is almost no RC pain at all. Damn shoulders are the worst joint in the body, lol.

2 days rest. Time to attack my back. Got the benefit of a training partner now for my back so when doing drop sets he can strip the weights rather than me.

I'm not in a good mood.........................................

    Not training for 3 days

I want to see some serious fuking training so I can feed of you lot.. Stop fuking around and go beyond failure and stop micro managing your food,

You want to be big, thick and out size every fuker you stand next to?? eat big, train heavy, go crazy with your intensity and never stop going to failure

Don't forget to rest your body, feed it and then attack it like its your last workout for the rest of your life.

Never ever waste reps, wasted reps are for *****s!!!!!!!!
