Shoulders tonught was feeling good but started lifting felt tough but pushed hard through it.
Rc warm ups etc.
Db shoulder press 3 warm ups and then 2 heavy hard pushed sets with a useless dd was spent.
Moved onto the press machine to use the inner part of it to isolate the shoulders 2 sets slow and controlled concentrating on the negative. Then a high rep light drop blood was screaming.
Rear delt machine light but concentrated 2 sets one drop felt great.
Supersetted front and side raises love ss these as the pain is insane from it.
Then finished on farmers walk was in bits and still am. Home to refeed then bed for me I'm goosed

the rims are actually 26 but your right with the height of the 4" tires it rides at 29...im pumped ive been dying to try one as mountain biking is my other passion I ride about 6 hrs a week on weekends...thank god my wife understands...besides I think she likes me out of the house and happy...I cant believe the places I can take this...a regular mountain bike is useless in the winter even with studded tires...

Nice ride ghettoboyd! Where do you ride that you ride in winter too?
I live in the Cleveland, Ohio, area and this is also my second passion! Actually, about 3 years ago, it was my first.... When I realized I couldn't put on any good amount of muscle (hard enough to keep it) riding as much as I did....well, I had to put muscle first...
Man I miss riding...it was my only true escape from life. I built a sweet ride off a carbon fiber full suspension Specialized Epic. It was a dream. I raced it all over, even did a 100k race through the mountains on it. Rode like a dream. Ended up selling it foll $1600. Miss that bad boy.
As of late, I have sincerely been drooling over some sweet fat tire bikes out there. My wife is already severely jealous over my time away from home in short segments....I can't even go to gym really, I train at home. So, obviously, my trail expeditions are kind of a thing of the past...for now.

I hear you brother it is a great escape for me and a huge challenge as well because I ride up all the hills/mountains I go down...right now with the depth of the snow I am regulated to packed snowmobile trails which are great because they are well groomed and can take you from town to town through the forest...and we have a lot of woods up here so close to Canada...

looking a little bigger and fuller! Need to up the cals a bit, scales have moved a few kg since being on my deca /eq cycle, most fluid from the deca.
Im not one to complain much but i admire anyone out in public who is jacked, the dedication it takes is bloody riduculous. Ive been doing this for a long time and have gone from 77kg up to around 112-113kg over the course of doing it, and now it is getting harder to put on size, thats why most guys stay the same and fail to change, yes its a lot easier just going to the gym and pumping some weights, its the eating that comes along with it, how many guys can put 5k cals per day back? If i dont put that amount back i dont gain SHIT! The lerthagy, the bloat, the tiredness from bulking is hard, no one said it was going to be easy, its hard doing what we do!

LOL, few hours? You recover quickly, Bio! It's been 2 days and I'm still hobbling around like a lame horse. We survived the ice storm thus far, so tomorrow will be the day to punish arms.
I've got a ton of work to do cutting up trees and hauling them to a brush pile. Defo am going to use a couple of vacation days soon, preferably tied to a weekend to get the most mileage from them.Last edited by almostgone; 02-17-2015 at 09:46 PM.

So leg press legitimitley scares me now. I seriously listened to sex for breakfast by Christina Aguilara during my set to calm me down. I'll get over it though.

Thanks fellas!
Marcus you nailed it, this thread is creating monsters, it's full of beasts.
Ever since I've started reading the way you train, and getting inspired by everyone posting their training sessions I have made the most progress in the shortest time in all my years of training.
Thank you all.
DESTROYED legs tonight.
Took them beyond the limits, made them submit to the iron.
Found myself several times taking a moment trying not throw up from the intensity.
I will be walking like a gimp the next few days and I love it.
Gotta get hyoooge!

That sucks. I had a problem with my rc tooo but it went away after meeting out of the gym for so long. I thought it was permanent at first. It was so bad at one point I couldn't do dips at all. Sometimes I would drop things because I moved it a certain way and it hurt so bad I would involuntarily just drop whatever I was carrying.
