Lol. . That reminds me earlier this week i had a lady friend over. I was lying on my stomach and she tried to give me a back massage. Felt like she was just rubbing my skin. I told her "you're gonna have to push a lot harder then that,you're not gonna hurt me"
She ended up pushing hard enough to lift herself up, but i still never really felt it.

Yes my friend, I promised you that I would try to have some body part ready to post up a pic sometime this coming fall/early winter. LOL, everything still needs so much improvement so I'm just busting my ass on all of it and will try to pick out the best of the lot then. . My biceps aren't huge though, but they do seem to be growing.

I am the biggest fuking animal there is in my town, end of story!!!
After this workout I had blood shot eyes due to blood vessel bursting I was lifting that much and going beyond failure, my arms grew over an inch a side with the pressure of the blood.
I don't even know were to start but it was hell, I sweated like a cvnt, I had immense aggressive which was controlled and I lifted weights what looked insane, even when I was watching myself in the mirror I thought my arms are going to break. I braced on all movements and we also trained our cores at the end. I feel like superman I look insane just need to drop some bf but even my big clothes are tight now and I am popping out of them all.
I am a giant, I am one of my own and I am still high on the pre workout as you can tell but honesty guys I feel strange. I feel as strong as I was in my early 30's when I was peaking. The bracing is fuking insane my trunk is solid and the power surging through me is so good after so long training under par.
I was training next to a huge Russian power lifter and what he was doing for his 1rm I was repping with to 6-8 reps and dropping yesterday.

My training partner made a comment towards the end of the workout, he collapsed on his knees and said " I cant do another rep the pump and muscle has set like concrete and I cant do anymore" I was shouting for 3 more reps but he stopped.
I fuking told him at this stage when the pain and muscle pump is telling your brain to stop this is the time to dig deep for a few more reps and FORCE growth, this is the time to do it and not tell me your going to stop. If you say this on the next set I am going to tap your skull with this 10kg plate to remind you what real pain is. Do not fail and do not say no to me, if I ask for 3 more you do 3 more.......he said nothing but he did it the next set and some more I said it was your mind what was weak not your body, push just past and make your body think fuk me I need to grow bigger and thicker to cope with this.

I just taped the fukers for shits and giggles not something I do all the time and they are a tad over 20" pumped to the max, not sure what they are not pumped but these aren't going down they staying, trust me!

F-in excellent lifts and outstanding posts, Marcus! The last time I popped a vessel in my eyes, it stayed for almost a week before abating, but I was pushing hard on legs.

Pre ex Cable CC 1 working 3 forced 3 neg **new weight**
Db curls 1 working DD
Incline db curl 1 working +rp 1 drop
Db preacher curl 3 forced 3 neg
Cable bb curl 1 working DD
Cardio 40min and done.
It was a good session fellas fried the fvckers.

Delts/traps pre exhaust
Stretching SMR RC ex abs
1. Seated side laterals suppersetted w/seated front raises(DB) - 2 feelers 2w DD (failing in a total of 14 reps w/drops)
2. Standing reverse grip BB suppersetted DB 45 degree laterals(heavy) - 1w + RP DD - failing in our 6-12 rep range w/drops
3. Cable Upright rows(higher rep range - 15ish w/drops) suppersetted w/rope face pulls(same as above rep wise holding contractions for 3+s) 2w DD
4. MP smith - 2 feelers 1w + RP DD(13 total reps w/RP + drops - this really helped save my shoulder as it's been very sore
5. Shrugs - 3w behind back 3 reg - wide grip today
Weights done in 43 - extremely Good session im so exhausted and can't lift up my arms - killed these Fvkers today!

Legs - Gonna do some squats in my garage befroe heading to gym. I don't like the 5 minute break between here and there but they don't have a rack and I do.

So, just got back from legs. I'll skip my workout but here's the jist of it.
Up until starting HIT 5 weeks ago I was doing stronglifts, you know, squatting 3x a week. I was hit and miss on the workouts because basically it was getting stale. I wasn't progressing...blahblahblah. Basically, I wasn't going hard enough. My best squat was 315x3 after the 2 years of doing it. Not great but I didn't think it waqs horrible. That 315 was about 4 months ago. I was concentrating on really getting 5. Always doing about 2 warmup sets with 5 reps.
Here's what I did today, which I still didn't go past failure because (worst bullshit excuse) I wanted to save my legs for my written workout at gym.
Squats were parallel or even below. Tried my damndest to use the Brace and Breathe technique but felt like I lost it when I went heavy.
1 set 135x10 (warmup)
1 set 225x10 (warmup)
1 set 275x5 (thought was working set but too easy)
1 set 285x5 (thought working set but said fvck it)
1 set 295x5 (working set but not to failure((see pvssy excuse))
Felt I really could do more, didn't think I had BB technique down but maybe it helped or maybe it gave me a mental edge. I'm disappointed I didn't push harder, I pushed harder than last Friday in the gym even with the squats before but still pissed I let myself down. Next Friday on legs, no FN' excuses!!

Whats up ladies and gents, life is finaly simmering down, the push for the summer is over, the rich fuk's are in their house. Diet has been great, training great, got a gift of tren in the mail so Ive been hitting 125 eod with 50mgs of prop on top of 200 trt. The beast is back, heads in the game, strength through the roof.....getting large. But then I blew my shoulder out, so I would love to hear HONEST feedback on tb500. Im just able to lift my arm, its in the rear, deep, I cant touch it and make it hurt but it was so bad it was making me nauseous. Day by day its getting better, but from the feel Im at least 2 weeks from even trying any pressing. It was a form issue, I wasnt used to free weights yet but the strength was there. I did it coming down and didnt even press at all. Do you guys think its worth it? theres a little sale and Im going to grab some stane anyways, thanks. Keep grinding guys.

Here's some advice. Do less reps to get to your goal weight and save your energy for the set (s) that matter. You'll see an instant improvement. Basically warm up like a powerlifter would. When you feel good on a warm up set, rack it. Doesn't matter if it's only 1-2 reps. Zero need to do more reps and waste energy on a set that's not important.

Thats it, same thing. Yesterday I couldnt even raise my hand up. I did heat/ice on and off for over two hours and ibrophen/naproxen twice daily (split the dosage) which I believe helped.
Most pain Ive even had in my shoulders, but no blood/bruising and doesnt hurt to the touch, so either a internal tear or just inflammation.
Any thoughts on the TB ? Honestly I find it hard to believe its the wonder drug everyone makes it out to be.

Still around guys.
Haven't been going good recently. Got to the gym twice this week. Will make it Sunday but still training has taken a beating from loss of motivation caused by work. And a little arguing with the wife.
Confided in my old boss about concerns with the new boss. For example I'm a little pairinoid (spelling sorry) about losing my job. So I asked him if it's possible even if I do nothing wrong and still Excell at my job.
Well he turned around and told my district manager everything I said. He was looking out for me.....but not something u want them to know.
Anyways, we are freaking opening tomorrow for the first time ever on the 4th because the company thinks we can make money since it's Saturday. ...which we wont. So 12 hour work tomorrow. Then hitting hard from Sunday on.
Just stopped in to say hi.....lol

Back and shoulders today. Taking it easy due to my lower back acting up yesterday (saw chiropractor) and my wee niggle in the pec-delt tie in.
Pulldowns: 2 working. Heavy yet strict 10-12 reps.
Spider rows on smith (love these): Two heavy 8-10. Pure back exercise, no leg drive, great contraction. Doing these more and more lately.
One arm row's on smith: Two sets 8-10. Gotta improvise when you don't have heavy dumbells.
Close grip pull downs: Two sets 10-12 reps. So pumped I could barely move.
Behind the back shrugs: Two sets, about 12-15 reps each.
Lateral Raises: Two sets, 12 reps or so with drop on last. I start mine at the side of my thighs. They're harder but you feel them much quicker.
Rear laterals: Two sets over 35 degree bench, 12 reps or so.
Dumbell upright rows: Two sets, 10-12 reps. Haven't done these in a while. Felt good.
No pressing today, trying to give pec tie in a rest. And the taking it easy stuff did not work out. Ended up being a very strong, intense workout.

Yeah I've been doing the same preventative stuff - ice/heat as much as possible & I also use ibuprofen and naproxen(Naprocin) for inflammation - ifits connective tissue(I hope not) definitely try everything but surgery / they've destroyed my ROM!
Sorry to hear buddy - hope it's just sprain or something and not a tear! I've not tried the TB500 but the people that have that I've spoke to do say it's helped - I just haven't had enough $$ to run it long enough... It's worth a shot I thinkLast edited by NACH3; 07-03-2015 at 09:33 PM.

Shit, BG, hate to hear that. If you had banged it or fell on it I would say a ruptured bursa. I know nothing about TB500, but I think you're doing the thing with the antiinflammatory and ice. Try to maintain your ROM as much as possible until you get it sorted. Got my fingers crossed for you, buddy.

Kel, if you get a chance one day, would you post up a pic of how you set your bench in relation to the Smythe machine? I've tried a couple of times and I didn't get a good pull with my back. I sure I'm not doing the lift correctly, but a pic of how you set your bench up may get the process driven into my thick skull.
