    Had a nice mess myself in the past. At first I thought I had celluitis just based on the swelling, but then my l.arm started looking ashy and staying cold. Next day same thing happened to my right quad. A few weeks later I had coughed my pacer lead loose and passed out walking across the room, fell into a rocking chair, ruptured my l. shoulder bursa, and had it all crapped up. Then that's when staph got in my blood and I guess all of the clots were like a buffet for the staph.
    I'm always marginally paranoid about clotting issues now
    No bueno.

    Good memory AG! That's the issue I'm referring to I just left out the details. I've never wrapped since and actually my knees have thanked me for it. And yes, I remember your story well and we've talked about it a good amount via pm.

    Well shoulders tonight but wasn't a session.

    My day off was screwed up from the beginning
    ..everything I had plan backfired and didn't go....which throws everything off.

    This in law living.will take some getting used to. I can deal.with most. I just like my routine at least and haven't found it here yet.

    Anyways..

    Got in there warmed up light with Seated military press...very light 3 sets. Can't going heavy as I can not adjust the seat and just not.possible for heavy without a spot.

    So went into Seated db press. Actually felt strong and good here. Feel set twice 65 and 75. Did a working set with 80s and got like 8 for them. By the end of this, my phone took a shit and headphones wouldn't work. Didn't realize but I was blasting music from phone that everyone could hear.

    So no music for the rest of session which throw everything off.

    Seated db laterals next 2w

    Underhand db front raise

    Reverse hammer strength

    Smith shrugs.

    Wasn't great but not horrible.

    Those are some good feeler weights to come back and push 80s Sfla! If anyone mentions the phone issue to you, just look at them and growl. That's should send them on their way.

    Sound session Sfla, my ear plugs are fvcked as well, They keep going off the cable is fvcked. The mrs going to get me a new pair the day i need the tunes for training. Lmao though that happened to me too haha phone blasting away.

    Morning fellas,GGR. Dear oh dear my arms are fried this morning. Will be doing shoulders and traps the night. Looking forward to it feel good and training is going good just now. Stuck on a few weights on certain ex, kinda annoying but i will get there.

    Another big salad w/ 11 oz. grilled chicken breast , 1/3 head of lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, cup of broccoli and spinach, 1 small Roma tomato, some pumpkin seeds, 2 Tbsp. of watered down salad dressing (90 cal.), and 1 oz.shredded mozzarella. That ought to satisfy the stomach for a few hours.

    Front Squat
    Straight leg deads
    Lunges

    That was it and felt like a monster half way through and by the end I was struggle to freaking move.

    Now time to eat and then off to work.

    Alright fellas, did shoulders and traps. Good session went ok.

    Standing db side raises 1 working DD

    Seated db side raises 1 working 1 drop

    Rev db fly 1 working 1 drop. Face down on slight incline bench

    Bent over rev db fly 1 working 1 drop.

    Seated db press 1 working 1 drop

    BB shrugs 1 working DD

    Behind back machine shrugs 1 working 1 drop

    Done.
    I know i did two rev db fly but i feel it differently on both ex.

    Good leg day a little while ago.

    Extensions
    Squats - went up to my (sort of) feel set. Where I do some reps and decide to rack it and go up or just continue and rep out. Stopped at 7 after feeling a kinda wee niggle (for you Clarky) in my back. Wasn't sure if it was due to foot placement or what. Sat for a minute and decided to try it again and see how it went. Hammered out a solid 14 reps. Got greedy and did another set of 10 cause I was pissed about the first set.

    Followed with verticles, seated leg curls and the usual calf crap. Be feeling it tomorrow.

    Suggest putting ad in Craig's list for someone to assist. Preference could be for a female, change weights out and perform light cleaning while you workout.

    Hammer strength kneeling leg curl - 1 warmup, 1 feeler, 1 working DD. Luv this machine, hamstrings got almost toast, nice pre-exhaust for SL deadlifts.

    SL deadlifts on ledge - 1 warmup, 1 feeler, 1 warmup. Nice and low.

    Hammer strength pullover - 1 warmup, 1 feeler, 1 working. Got a little too heavy on working set, could only do 7 and last one couldnt touch all the way till the abs.

    Wide grip pull ups - 3 sets, 12, 9, 8

    Hammer strength CG pull down - 1 feeler, 2 working, last set DD, proper squeeze and stop/slow on negative.

    CG seated row - 1 warmup, 1 feeler, 1 working DD, proper squeeze and stop/slow on negative.

    Felt good despite the blood donation yesterday, injected some b12 last night which might have helped. Switched things around to keep the muscle guessing, expecting heavy DOMS tomorrow.

    It varies wirh the season, Mr. BB. I'll have to weigh a head before I tear into it, but Google has a large head of iceberg lettuce @ 755g and 105 calories? Nutritionally, butterhead looks like a better option, but iceberg has a lower iron and vitamin K content, which is a bit of a bonus for me.

    Nice! I generally feel like a champ immediately post donation and for a day or two afterwards provided I hydrate heavily and get some solid rest.
