Oh, this girl is tough as nails. She's actually very strong for her size, and I promise you when she takes the heel of her foot and digs into your spinal erectors you WILL know it. Also a whiz at stripping the glutes and breaking down the delts and biceps.
I actually have a fairly high tolerance/like for pain and she has put me right at my limit a few times, but I didn't let her know that. I think she got her grip from playing collegiate softball, because she has iron rods for fingers.
She can go for a 90 minute session on me, and we both are worn out when she is done. She might schedule 3 deep tissue massages max per day and the rest of her appointments are the fancy hot stone massages and all that crazy stuff.
Yes sir, the price does hurt, but man, it is so well worth it. When I first got back to lifting, I was dealing with constant spasms in my lower back where I partially tore it years ago. After a couple of sessions with her things started improving and I got better at staying relaxed so she could "get into" the tissue and break it down and restore some decent blood flow.
Edit: She also grew up on a small-ish farm (several hundred acres), so that may be where she gets her strength and drive from. She has one hell of a work ethic.Last edited by almostgone; 10-24-2016 at 11:06 AM.

That happened when I was on Nebido. I was high on Test and had an edema (10lbs water gain) from estradiol. I told the endo and he had no clue.
Another good reason to come off nebido I guess. I don't even have the diarrhea I had on it all the time anymore.
As for the back pain I might go check with the doc if it doesn't go away in a week.

From an outsider you have many health problems going on, ive never heard of anyone who's got more issues going on without any answer or solutions. I sense you need help from professionals and not from google but you seem to not be under anyone for your problems.
Just trying make you see that you cant fix your problems but someone qualified will do once you find the right person for the problems you have. I know you say you don't need help but most of your posts are complaints what you have going on and I would like you to find some form of solution or help but if your against that then theres nothing else no one can do.

Great session Sfla!
Seems like you found another(same ex) isolating a different part of the muscle by angle(grip etc)
Since it's a T-bar row(if I'm reading right) rotate them for say 6wks to see if anything more comes of it! You said you felt strong - force that growth brotha! And you are!

If you go search my leg days, usually on saturdays, you will see I do calves always before quads. Always till excruciating pain.
Have you heard of compartment syndrome? I had it on my left calve on my running days, not acute tough (thank god), treatment for acute compartment syndrome is not something to joke around.
IMO fascia, and its elasticity, are one of the major factors in muscle growth beyond a certain size. If you dont have space for the muscle to grow inside the fascia, gains will be small...
Have tried harsh static streches program with very small sucess, although the added ankle joint mobility is nice I guess. Have something programmed to try next year, maybe I do it.

I think I have navh. Probably no need to do two tbar back to back....but I was waiting for.old school.to.open. so I said why not and jumped in with this guy.
And definitely stronger in the first few movements. By a considerable amount/reps.
Thanks man. Learning from the best here

Look good man!
it is hard to get a good back pic lol - I say Nice good height on traps - try wide grip to lengthen them - & pull shoulders back to hit upper traps in back - holding DBs more behind you then shrug up/& back) thickness is coming! Again your delts just pop making things better!
Maybe more lower back work(that's right you have back probs too) geez it's always somethin' man lolLast edited by NACH3; 10-24-2016 at 07:14 PM.

Looks pretty evenly proportioned sfla. You will have to make your biggest back gains while on cycle, i know that sounds bad coming from me but i honestly believe this is the truth.
I would focus on rear delts and traps if i were you those seem to be the weakest points it could be just the pic tho. You need to get your wife to take several pics of you posing your back. Back posing takes a ton of practice man. Id say thickness was your strongest point

This marks 6 weeks back into training for me. Im thickening up slowly but surely. Great pump and really went balls out to failure and maybe even the brink of past failure. I was so exhausted i had to lay down to gather myself and regain composure. I missed po wo meal beacuse of this but oh well.
Chest and bis were shut down. Also a nice pump in tris and shoulders probably gonna be sore.

Yes, I've heard of compartment syndrome. Particularly when I broke veins in my gastroc training for a power meet which landed me in the hospital for 3 days or so. Leg filled up with blood stopping all movement, docs worried about clots and all that lovely stuff. Wasn't fun.
Glad you're doing them first. Keep killing them and they'll grow.
