    Back today
I did my usually warm up with which is 5 mins of continuous very light weight of pulldowns, straight arm pulls, bent over rows and stretches - I do this for one reason it gets me really warm and it helps with my RC.

    BB bent over rows
T bar rows - BB stuck in the corner on the floor different angle than my bent overs
    one arm db rows
    d-ring pull downs
    straight arm pulls
    hypers
all working set were done to failure only, kept rest time between feel sets, and movements to under 60 seconds so this was a cardio workout for me aswell.

Weight was heavy and good form, did a lot of rowing which works well with me I respond better to this and my back seems to grow far more than when I target width.

Hell yes Big man... Nice session! Row row row and everything will follow suite... Got me wanting to hit back today!

I've been warming up my tris/shoulders with tension band pushdowns(for time) into Bradford presses(light controlled getting blood into the shoulder) has really helped for the better

    Great workout!

More or less what I'm going to do today, but I like to do the straight arms in beginning, today have the hammer pullover machine to try out

Fvck it's hot here today. I refuse to turn the AC on in mid Octorber so I'm sweating it out in preparation for legs shortly. Non-squat day so it's always a bit less stressful. Not easy, just less trepidation going in. Pounding some coffee, which isn't helping in the heat plus the dog snoring on my lap doesn't help with motivation.....although it's the only lap dance I get these days...

I know you like to utilize movements involving 2 hands(or both arms lol) - but I do like straight arm pull downs unilaterally or with double cables(single hand attach)...

Not anymore for me but I did tons back in "the day." I particularly liked supersetting straight arm pulldowns with reverse grip seated pulldowns. Quite effective, imho.

I failed miserably. Came up from the dungeon after legs soaked in sweat, the dogs looking at me like I'm a cheap bastard. Went to the bus stop to pick up my son. He walks in the house and said "OMG it's hot in here dad." Ok, I got the hint and turned it on. But it's going off later tonight dammit.

    Good evening people!

    Had a great workout today.
Dicked around for 1h30 training two other people,
just doing a cuddle set here and here for almost the entire body.
(The guy wants a 2 split program)
Then I did my real workout of 41min of biceps triceps.
Tried to do the one rep all out with 8 reps.
Can't say I accomplished that all he time,
But especially for one handed excersizes I did like this:
About 4 reps "on my own", then 4 more with increasing help from the other hand (first on just the positive, then both ways , the 8 rep ending in total failure.
This was really great and gave me an insane pump!

Looking forward to continue this approach and get better at it.

    Back

Pullover hammer strength machine - 1st time using so need a few feeler sets to check which weight to use, the range of motion is amazing, 1 working set with one drop

Bent over BB row - 1 warmup, 2 working

DB row - 1 warmup, 2 working, tried the 65kgs although back could squeeze maybe 5-6 reps couldnt hold the grip for more than 2 reps, need wraps for this.

Row machine hammer - 2 working

hammer pulldown - 1 feeler, 2 working double drop on last

Some trap work at the end while waiting for wife spinning class.

Then dropped by pharmacy to pick up nebido and some azitromicin

What do you eat first, the carbs or the protein? I always eat protein first.

At same time, all mixed up just cause it tastes better (tabasco on chicken).

It doesnt matter, your body will prioritize protein... it was scarce during our evolution 10000 years ago.

Also, carbs cause a higher insulin secretion than protein, which is something I want at least after training.
Carbs + protein causes insulin to rise nearly as high as with carbs alone, but over a longer period. (This is just based on a study where carbs was pure 50g glucose, so not necessarily true)
But anyway, I want carbs after training, with protein.

Well you need to restore glycogen stores after some serious training, and the insulin will aid aminos uptake by muscle. I know the basics

Trensomnia is strong this night. I think I might start to learn Romanian, and train a bit later.

    Biceps a bit ago:
    Machine: 3wu, 1f, 2ws (each w rp)
SS low cable curls w reverse low cable curls 1f, 2ws
    Scott curls: 2ws holding contraction x 5 seconds & 10 second negatives
Single arm curls: positive to fail, assist positive to fail, negatives to fail

    Abs + obliques x 20

Got my 8wk post cycle BW back - my God, the sub Q method must absorb/hold onto the T for a while. Test @ 1600, but E2 @ 90 because I've been dosing my Adex for my TRT dose of 150mg/wk. No wonder I've been moody as fvck & feeling a bit full/bloated. Believe I'll hold off blast 2 till I stabilize.

    Nice work!

About the T, I'm wondering that myself, to the point of asking myself whether it's smart to recommend SubQ injects for cycles.
I was of test e for over 6 weeks and still had very visible traces of it still being there. (I was in the lowest range within reference on total T and high on free T; low SHBG)

But if it just prolongs half life a little, or increases T accumulation in fatty tissue to a greater degree also, or if it simply follows more stable kinetics, or what,
I can't say, cause I had done a so many IM injects as well.

But I used to think SubQ supplied more stable levels, and in some ways were superior to IM.
Now I just think of it as an alternative spot,
one that is very nice to use whenever you start a new batch of AAS.
(I'm a paranoid type in some ways)
Reason is it's easy to remove the oil depot again if it turns out to be contaminated. When it's injected IM it's pretty much there to stay, til absorbed.

    I woke from a nightmare feeling I couldn't breathe.
Funny thing is that the last I remember of the dream was looking in the mirror and seeing every muscle covered in fat, with real moobs (big bitch tits) over the pecs and thinking "oh no, I've stayed on long actin slin and I've gained fat all over and I'll never get rid of that fat"
Shit, I didn't realize I had body image issues on top of all my other issues.
    What a dream.

Good morning folks, think I'll sleep an hour more now. Or soon, still a little anxious.

    This was how I looked after training yesterday;

In my dream I had about 20kgs of fat over all that, evenly distributed.

Have a really good morning people!

Nope, you don't have body image issues.

Legs tonight for me. Needed an extra rest day yesterday. Hoping to get away with 8 or 9 hours at the most here at work. Then off to buy a couple of cases of chicken for me and then Tractor Supply to get some food for the beast and also for the wife's cats.
