    Seems my heart returned to sinus rhythm on its own.
    Now I'm just waiting for the blood tests,
    If they're fine I'll probably be out early.

    She gave me some spanking and when I inquired about blood letting she was like, maybe... Then I said I do it myself and she was like "don't do that!"
    I said "but I feel better afterwards, it's just a little messy"
    and she's like "don't tell me anymore! I'll send you to hemotology! If you feel better afterwards that's a valid point."

    Ive had some stress lately again over work and horrible shit I have to look and deal with but all I can say is ive took an X to relax and get some sleep and see if the nightmares stop.

    I am in a floppy mood to day, I am relaxed, feeling good and would like to say hello fellow hiters that include the ladies who appear in the section below but don't post and also our tough nut GGR who can squat with the best of us.

    Stress, ladies and gentlemen can be a strange thing to handle, I go though stages. Sometimes I want to hurt people in a bad way because they are evil, sometimes I want to help them to be better, sometimes I come acoross a right knob who wants knocking out instantly, but my personal stress from day to day from pst is the worse from them all, I use pain as relief, I like pain. No one could give me enough when lifting well maybe some but I feel I am so strong minded no fucker can come close. Sounds cocky doesn't it? yes it does and that's how YOUR mind set should be.

    Never waste a training session, when you ask very serious bodybuilder how they become that something special they will tell you its about being consistent in everything you do, sleep, training, eating and your whole 24/7 hours dedicated to the job in hand. We all drop off from time to time but we must drive with force to be that guy we have in our sights to become.

    I can be arse re-reading the above so don't let the fucking grammar police attack me, fucking hell those guys are cunts but I hope you understand what I am trying to say. You guys are my friends, colleagues, support and motivation. I get a lot of emails saying I am the most motivated person and driven guy they have ever read on any forum and this really makes me feel good because I don't try, I am me and will help anyone of you. I know I don't go to much into other areas because there are cunts there who fucking piss me off and you know me I will tell them and it doesn't look good on my part and position.

    I think I may be waffling and the X is kicking my arse but keep this thread going guys its the only one what counts. I and my crew of a wide range of fucking serious guys will lead you onto a great path.

    It's happened one time before, 5 years ago or more. I needed conversion with an antiarrythmic then.
    This time however, it went over by itself, I was normal by the time I reached the hospital, so I've basically had A-Fib since I did those push ups at 0100 until 1400 today.
    I don't have any heart issues diagnosed yet, and hope I never will.
    Will be back for ultrasound in whatever time they think is right.
    (So the only meds I use are ramipril for BP, which I usually don't need, but I use it anyway cause I think ACE Inhibtors are good for inhibiting cardiopathologic changes)

    Sorry to hear about your issue, just from my 2 experiences with a-fib, (the first one was bad, had 200 in pulse when the ambulance came, this one was a breeze compared to that, had a pulse of 133 at the doctors office) I can at least relate somewhat to what you're going through. I really hope you will get better soon.

    Stress fuck us up. My relationship issues probably has just as much to do with the heart hiccup than training or gear. So take care of yourself everybody.

    I'm over the hump with mine. 2 very close calls in the past, and that's where I try to leave it; in the past. That was one benefit of cardiac rehab. While.being monitored, you can really push yourself and learn to recognize some of the warning signs/ triggers that set off events.
    Of course, they try to scale you back if waveforms and BPM get crazy, but it was a big help to me.

    Almost bedtime. Loooong day. Having something a little different for my "breakfast". Poblano pepper halves stuffed with 6 oz of shredded chicken breast that has a little black bean and corn salsa stirred up in it and 1oz. shredded mozzarella on top. Nighttime shake already mixed up and setting bedside my bed.

    Chest session went good, chuffed. A drop in weight on db though, stretching and pec dec for warm up.

    Pec dec 1 working 1 drop

    Cable fly 1 working 1 drop

    Incline db press 1 working + rp got 5 1 drop

    Incline db fly 1 working 1 drop + 2 forced

    Flat fly 1 working + rp 3 got more

    leaning one arm db fly 1 set a side

    Done and fried, it was a good one.
    A bit pissed off at the drop in db but first chest session since getting better so it will come back a know.
    When doing incline flys i was just about to stop i was fvcking screaming inside trying to get them bells together. Then a pair of hands came from behind i just said two more and i got them with a little help. One of the wee young guys that train there was just walking by as i was strugling Great stuff.

    Hammer lying leg curl - 2 warmups, 2 working, last with drop and RP

    stiff deadlifts - 1 warmup, 1 feeler, 1 working

    straight arms pull downs - 1 warmup, 1 feeler, 1 working full rack

    bent over BB rows (dorian style) undergrip - 1 warmup, 2 working, could have gone heavier than 2 plates but still had stupid lower back pumps, need taurine

    Tbar row - 1 feeler, 1 working, heavy for 5 and half reps then 3 drops

    Had to rest a couple of minutes, couldnt catch breath

    hammer machine pulldowns neutral grip - 1 warmup, 1 feeler, 2 working, last with 3 drops

    Did it on tricep pushdown station, on my gym there's something like this:



    It only goes to 50kgs, not a lat pulldown. But not a cable station with pulleys ehhehe

    Still waiting on the pullover machine from hammer strength :/

We all drop off from time to time but we must drive with force to be that guy we have in our sights to become.

    I can be arse re-reading the above so don't let the fucking grammar police attack me, fucking hell those guys are cunts but I hope you understand what I am trying to say. You guys are my friends, colleagues, support and motivation. I get a lot of emails saying I am the most motivated person and driven guy they have ever read on any forum and this really makes me feel good because I don't try, I am me and will help anyone of you. I know I don't go to much into other areas because there are cunts there who fucking piss me off and you know me I will tell them and it doesn't look good on my part and position.

    I think I may be waffling and the X is kicking my arse but keep this thread going guys its the only one what counts. I and my crew of a wide range of fucking serious guys will lead you onto a great path.

    Just what I personally needed to hear! Thank you, Marcus! Though I fell off I'm more convinced than ever that coming back this go will result in what I and everyone of us want...

    I often struggle with many similar things... Mainly me being my own worst enemy and this actually effects me to the point where I OVER stress on myself for not doing the very best I can(lately) - sure we all have our moments but it's time to Buck up and fuckin start tearing shit apart!

    I'm back and plan on adding much more thickness as well as vascularity - once I'm back to where I left off its time to start a strict pre cycle prime and the rest will be history!

    Sorry I've been out for a bit but I think it was something very necessary for myself to do... Just felt run down and I now feel so much better...

    well people, hit my bis and forearms hard today, I dot know what is up, I seem get more definition in my bis and forearms, and when they get pumped, they look like they dont belong to me... its pleasing feeling however Im not used to seeing myself this way yet... dam I want this pump stay with me forever, thats why Im not used to that looks and it almost work like shocker after heaviest working sets... I just stop and stare and hardly believe Im getting there slowly but surely. fuck, I love this!

    Still, my strength is not moving an inch, however, as I talaked to you marcus, I am looking back in to digging deep and pre-exhausting techniques... today I went out of breath and gas in 30 mins... be it fat grips to blame or what, my arms started giving out forearms burned so fuckin hard I never thought bigger fat grips are this serious of a deal ...

    did 3 sets alt seated dumbel curls 12 reps + 12 reps + 6 working reps, literally palms just lost traction, dropped fuckers on the floor...
    went with laying straight on the ground low-pulley rope bis curls, 12 + 12 + 10 kinda drop setting with first 2 well controlled feeler sets to hit the longhead and some of forearm, and then really burned out with another 10 reps of last working set, almost cheated on last reps to finish of them damn reps... proceeded with straight bar bis curls 2 x 10 reps pre-exhaust which were like working sets already, and last set of 10 was mega hard, had to pause at the bottom stretching bis for a sec or two between reps to conquer the damn 10'th rep... at that point I had to take some rest of 2 minutes and did stare and droll at the mirror... then proceeded with strapped forearm barbel curls, 3 x 10, no way controlling those, I was so fried, my forearms seemed bigger than my bis after the whole run of this ^... mind that all these were done with if I measure it right 3-4" fat grips... that's some murder for my grip I have never experienced to such degree...

    how to maintain this pumped veiny look/feel 24/7 people?
