The good news is that you grow into your pump.

Keep training hard while eating your macros and you'll look like that one day.

That's exactly what I always tell myself, lol - get big enough and you'll look like that all of the time - only thing is you'll keep wanting to be that pumped version which will always be bigger(regardless once you grow into it) but a great way to keep working to achieve what your after!

Damn, I slept through some hellacious lifts, today! I have some catching up to do. The wife has an appointment with the Dr. and then her endo in the middle of the day Thursday, but I can deal with the loss of sleep. Her thyroid ultrasounds keep coming back weird, but an FNA didn't show anything abnormal. They think it is just a cyst type thing and are monitoring it for now. They just have to get her levothyroxine dialed in. Generics weren't doing her right, so the Dr. swirmtched her to the brand name and it seemed to help somewhat. I guess when you get down in the mcg range there may be a small difference between generic and name brand?
Will do what I can to post up a back session so I can get in on the fun.

The fillers in the pill will play a role in molecule release thus affecting absorption a little, switching brands often requires dose adjusting.

Dam yea ... one thing came in to my mind, call it placebo or what not, I remember back in a day trying some bio-gro from isatori, throughout the entire bottle which was ~3 weeks worth, yea I took higher dose every day with shitload of food, felt like I was keeping harder almost like pumped muscle every day... some good placebo bottle it was, wouldn't waste money on that again of course but at least one thing I remember about it, only if it wasnt a placebo

I agree. She started on generic and couldn't get into a therapeutic range, but on name.brand she started responding. She has more labs coming up very soon.

150mcg is her dosage. She started responding after the switch to name brand. Hopefully her endo is good. His English isn't the best but he did his residency @ Johns Hopkins University/Sinai Hospital, Baltimore MD.

    Morning everyone!

Sorry to hear about everyone's issues: stress, AG (your eye and your wife's thyroid) & BB, how is your wrist coming around?

Hopefully this is the time to turn it around for all of us!

Alright, thanks to Marcus - I'm going to push myself away from my comfort zone in the evening tonight & hopefully many more evenings (being with the wife + t.v. + wine).

    You guys are amazing motivators!

Sup guys. Is ALT at 57 on scale of (11-58) anything to worry about on test/var cycle? AST is 31 (17-59) and ALP is 80 (38-126). Everything else is good. Just the usually... High hematocrit lol. Estrogen a bit high at 52...gonna up my ai a bit. But, anyway... Just wondering about the ALT? Thanks

Nothing suggesting liver damage, it's a mild elevation often seen in ppl who lift. I'd worry more about the hematocrit.

My hematocrit is always high. I regularly donate too. On cycle, off... Is this a thing that is abnormal, but "ok"?

    I'm at 52.2 on 50.2 scale.

Dont feel anything, cured (for now)

Incredible how it worked so good.

Although surgeon told me it might return, if it does need surgery :/

    Thanks for asking

I agree with, Biz. My liver enzymes are often elevated from heavy lifting. They come right back down after a week or so off from lifting. Keep your hematocrit at a reasonable level and tweak your AI.
Also, I've been reading there are some discrepancies between the ECLIA vs. LC/MSMS E2 tests, so that may be something to consider when looking at your E2 values?

If.you normally run high, I wouldn't have a panic attack over 52.2%, but if you are eligible to donate, I would consider doing a whole blood donation.

Got off of work an hour earlier than I planned! Came home to a fresh off the grill bone-in ribeye, grilled asparagus, and a small red potato. On top of that, I got some things in the mail today.
