You're on a cycle and the interactions, if any, could be much stronger @ that level? ( Just a guess on my part. Nothing to back it up).

I know you specifically mentioned prednisone, but I think prednisolone is a precursor for prednisone.

Also, it made me hold fluid, which sucks.
AG, I did a quick search and found it's dependent on dose as well... But it's one side said increased water retention(and my Mother was on it and it bloated her up pretty good - and also made her more tired)...

Oh and I can never do as much on rope push downs as horshoe grip(I can do much more weight on the shoe) - I'm guessing b/c your using your outer(sm head to spread at bottom to activate the long head?!

    Thanks AG!

Doc ended up advising me to take a different route this year; directed me to use Zanfel and a topical steroid cream and Benadryl at night. Fingers crossed here....poison ivy hates me and spreads like crazy...

Corticosteroids can make you hold some water, TDUFF. Have you tried oatmeal bath?

I think I am no longer allergic to the ivy, at least for now. When I was a child, I would get it so bad my eyes would swell shut!

    I fuking love lifting weights

I absolutely love it so much I cant tell you enough times,

I started training with a someone and I am training even more hardcore than ever. He said today to me why doesn't everyone train like you, why do they all watch you but don't train like us? lol

This gym is hardcore so that tells you I don't mess around when I am in there

My power is going through the roof

    My intensity is going higher

My weights are getting heavy which is hard for me to do at my stage

I am knocking fuk out it and I feel great

BF going down, muscle thickness is going up

Thickness is what I am after, its my thing, its what I train for and it feels so good in a shirt

I will be going into detail soon what I am doing different but ive had to give myself some time to make sure its working. Ive also got another member of our HIT team looking into it to see if it helps him..

All will be revealed soon, its not something new guys but this will help you so much

Would be killer to have a guy like you nearby me to occasionally up my intensity. While I train at some of the more hard-core gyms around Cleveland, the guys take a lot of damn rest between sets and I don't see a lot of beyond failure training.... I definitely get a lot of looks when I'm training but damn it's hard to stay intense when no one else is.

    222.5, 6', 34, 13.8% bf, bench 320, squat 435, dead 465.

    Drum roll please.

Announcing the addition of Stage 1 Lymes Disease to my protocol, thank you very much.

Here's the story. About a week ago I saw a black dot on my hip. At first I thought it was a little blood blister from my belt from squat day. You know the Sears 110 lb set can get damn heavy, but I digress. It finally dawned on me it was a tick. Lovely. So, now I search the house for a pair of F'n tweezers to no avail. How do they disappear? Now I'm finally back in the bathroom planning on just pulling it out by hand (the tick you pervs.) I look and now it's gone. WTF!

So now it's like a comedy show. I'm taking off my shorts, my underwear and looking at them, turning them inside out, shaking them like a Polaroid picture. Never did find that blood filled little MF-er. So, over the next few days it started getting a little red and swollen. Whatever I put on it didn't help. It kept spreading and a bullseye developed around the bite mark.

Fast forward to the doctors office and after one look said it's stage 1 Lymes and he was glad I came in when I did. He then put me on antibiotics for 3 weeks. Four 500 mg pills per day. He said you're getting one more than normal and a little extra time due to your size. I said "thanks" I think.....

Anyway, that's all I got. Hope it's entertaining! All is well.

My wife and older daughter both have it too and got it from ticks. My daughter seems fine but my wife will sometimes get very lethargic and get migraines. Usually takes a round of antibiotics and she's ok again.

Glad you went in early. Lyme can be pretty vicious if not dealt with.

Shit, Kel, definitely not entertaining to hear that. Glad you caught it when you did. Hope the antibiotics don't screw with your guts.

LMAO at the "developing the Polaroid" reference.

Busy day yesterday morning/early afternoon. Mainly cutting grass, hauling brush from the thunderstorms that have been rolling through. The wife "helped" out by cutting some of the grass, she even did some of the push mower work. Didn't have the heart to tell her that she didn't lower the deck when cutting grass with the riding mower. Just told her it looked great and then ran back over a couple of acres when she went inside.

Shoulders and traps on the agenda for this evening.

Did shoulders today instead of legs, have to switch my split around so 8 can have Fridays off due to beer, I mean beach volleyball Thursday nights.

Db press: 1 warm, 2 feel, 1 working 1 drop. Hit a pb, 115's for a couple with no spot, damn they were hard to get on the first rep.

Shrug: 1 warm, 1 feel, 2 working with double drop on last set.

Seated side raise: 2 feel, 1 working.

Rear db fly: 2 feel, 1 working.

Cable rope pull for traps: 3 working.

Hammer Strength press: 3 sets of 15.

    Bike for 15min.

There was a hot little fire cracker in the gym this morning doing a photo shoot, wish she was wearing less clothes, but she was hot none the less. I guess a guy got killed outside the gym yesterday afternoon, they are repaving the lot and a dump truck hit and killed a guy. Don't know the specifics yet, but how the fuk do you get hit and killed by a dump truck in a parking lot? Darwin sorting it out I guess.

Off tomorrow then training all weekend to get my split sorted out.

Thanks, RC. She is better than I deserve . Believe it or not, we are both in.our 50's and the wife has never had a driver's license. I told her she is the living definition of "rural".
She has a heart of gold and is usually one of the sweetest/good natured ladies you would ever meet; but let her see someone being mean to a child or an animal and oh boy, that small% of her Cherokee blood will make an appearance and it ain't nice.

Things are good buddy thanks for asking, haven't had much computer time because first my father in law stayed with us and now we have my wife's niece for 2 weeks. I don't sleep in the same room as my wife and now we are sharing a bed because of the company. Sleep crooked then hit some heavy t-bars and it was so tight that next day. I've decided I'm going to run some deca and go a little lighter on some exercises.

Keep up the good work.........all of you !

Thanks my man, I was drooling so bad when she told me to flip over. I was lying on my back and I knew I still had some on my face but I didn't care. I was more worried about trying not to fart when she was pushing hard.
