Tonight was chest.
Seriously tired and sore from the training this week. So was hard to push in the gym I had to dig deep to keep the tempo up and push through the fatigue and pain.
Flat db pressing 2 sets with 2 drops was very fcking hard the pressure was immense to get these sets done and dusted but fcking pushed through. The weights where fighting me but I fcking went through it.
Then incline same as above the mental game was hard tonight but kept it going hard and it was silly warm in the gym sweat was flying outta me ha.
Then close grip chest press need to work on my inner chest its lagging behind the rest of my chest. Same as above very hard pressed but worth the effort.
Then close press db very hard to finish these where unreal could feel the chest explode was great.

Last time I worked chest, I noticed my left wrist tending to crap out on me, so I decided to wear my old wrist wraps today. It definitely helped and I should be able to bump up one or two weights next time. Guess I need to start rotating wrist curls with my hammer curls on arm day.
It was 65° F and 88% humidity so I made plenty of sweat. I've been sticking to EOD lifting reasonably well, so I am planning on adding in cardio 2x/ week now. Sorry, Kel, but it is necessary for me . The wife offered to make sure I wake up in time for cardio, just hope she doesn't get too close when she tries to wake me. She should know the rules by now though
R/C exercises and broomstick stretches
Incline flyes- 2 w/u, Work-4, drop, 4+, drop, 4+
Incline press-2 wu, Work-7+, drop,3+. Was thinking of bumping this one up if I continue to wear the wraps.
Flat flye- 2 w/u, Work-7+,drop, 4+,drop,3+
Flat press-1w/u, Work-8+,drop,3+,drop,4+. Also plan to nudge this one up.
Leaning d'bell flyes-11 reps per arm and I was totally spent. Pecs slightly cramping.
Stretched chest via a deep flye w/ relatively light bells for a long 45 count.

Well, the pecs weren't that bad immediately post lift, but they are on fire now.

Did shoulders and arms today, had to cram the arms in since I am behind a couple days after vacation.
Db press: 1 warm, 2 feel, 1 working (110 for 6 no spot) 1 drop.
Shrugs: 1 warm, 2 feel, 1 working, 1 burn set.
Side fly: 2 feel, 1 working.
Db stand row: 2 feel, 1 working.
Rear db fly: 2 feel, 1 working 1 drop.
Cavers ss curls: 2 working.
Vbar ss cable preacher: 1 feel, 2 working.
Dips ss concentration: 2 working.
Had a great pump going, felt strong today. Was able to get the 110's up with no help for 6 reps, first time doing that, I will be going up to 115 or 120 next week. Shoulders are getting stronger and fuller, I love it.
I was aproached yesterday at the local pharmacy by an employee about participating in the fundraiser they have every year. They are having a dunk tank called "Dunk the Hunk" and asked if I would go in the tank. I was flattered, and it kinda made me laugh, I go in there all the time to get my water jugs filled and talk with the staff. I agreed to do it, but now I have to step up my cut for this summer, I have until August 29th, so plenty of time. Made me feel good at my age to be thought of for something like that, guess all the hard work is paying off.
Rest day tomorrow, maybe a bike ride with the wife for some cardio and one on one time with wifey, she loves that kind of stuff.

Ok guy went for a session did bi's still felt a bit sh*t but what a session it was great. Ok stretching and db curls for a warm up.
Standing db curls 1 working DD
Incline db curls 1 working DD **new weight**
Db preacher 1 working 1 drop +2 forced +2 neg
Seated db hammer curl 1 working+rp 1 drop
Great guys i mean great bi's are on fire and the pain was mental.
The db preach i do these over the back of a incline bench 1 arm at a time now this was sore all the ex were but this fvck is a different pain hahaha glad i went.
Think and dig deep guys close your eyes and go for it you really will be suprised what you can shift.

Did my first shot of tren e yesterday and my first shot of the pharma cyp I picked up in Cali. Going to do 200mg every 3 days of tren and 200mg cyp twice a week, I will continue with the dbol for a few more weeks as well. These dbol's are awesome, my strength is going up every workout, can't wait until the tren hits, I'm going to explode, lol.

I want to add another compound to my test blast to shed down my fat and shred up while in my bulk. Currently blasting 750 weekly for another 8-10 weeks. Any recommendations? My co-worker is on NPP and said it is shredding him real fast.
222.5, 6', 34, 13.8% bf, bench 320, squat 435, dead 465.

Thx Igi, man! Atm - 5'10" 195(holding) bf 10ish in that pic... On a pull back now(just about another wk and back to pure HIT . Still bulking cleanly(goal is to get to 215 @ 8-10% after next cycle ... Your Lookin Solid as fvk in your pic too(mesomorph huh) lol
BACK today - loosened up stretched and started warm ups w/close grip pulldowns
Still pull back - last wk my body feels ready to explode out of its skin!
1. Heavy close grip - 2 warms 2w heavy as possible failing in 9-12 rep range(did a super slow concentrated last set - lighter but the pump was nuts)
2. Seated rows(reverse V grip?) - warm up - 2w failing in 8-12rep range(more close to 10 on second) then went a lil lighter and really slow and concentrated
Suppersetted w/straight arm pulldowns 3w 8-12 failure(new weight)
3. Smith bent over rows - 2w reg grip heavy(10-13 failing) - 2w reverse grip - lighter but super slow and squeezing at contraction(sweat was dripping spraying from my mouth lol)
Reverse pec dec - 2w 10-15 failing
Suppersetted w/hammer neutral grip rows 2w 8-12 failing
Hypers w/plate 3w
Weights done 36 min abs body weight(Swiss ball etc) done
Very good session - needed those days to recoup my upper middle back and doing back actually loosened I'mup more so! Great to get back in after 3 days!!!!

I'll PM you when I get some time... Eating etc lol - remember if you've never ran Nandrolone you don't need to start high - 400 is a good jumping off point... Grow into your cycles!!
No doubt I know I'm ready to run Tren , but why when Nandrolone and drol(which will be a new compound - and don't want Tren a new one and drol - goes against what we all preach and believe in) but it has way less sides, and I grow on it well, Tren will be more for a cut(but still grow) if need be I'll just up cardio etc to lower bf...
Your test dose is fine imo - I like running test higher than my other bulking compound(and AI experience really comes into play w/these heavier cycles - for us lol)Last edited by NACH3; 06-06-2015 at 04:51 PM.

Sounds good to me... Get some prami or caber(to have on hand at very least) is this your first time running a 19nor??
You know how to keep your E2 in check so prolactin wont be as big an issue, but still could get elevated... Hence the prami or caber...
Just make sure you stick w/your dose once your dead set on it... Don't start adjusting in the middle(be real hard to get accurate BW readings etc) best of luck buddy!

I just switched from nandrolone to tren . I was happy with the results of the decca and dbol combo, now I'm expecting some great gains and shred from the tren once it kicks. I responded extremely well to 200mg tren e a week last year so I doubled it for this summer cut. I am also in a much better place to start my cut, I am holding a fair bit more mass then last year at this time. Like stated above, diet is going to dictate how well these compounds work.

I'm picking up some Nandrolone (Decanate ester) but am gonna get some Tren a to have/since it'll be my first go w/it at some point - and see where I'm at stat wise - but I want size and Deca will definitely do that! Lol
As long as I eat clean and stay strict my prime will be that much better w/an overall more successful cycle(hopefully able to keep building while dropping bf) or I'll just up cardio to keep leaning out! I must say I'm very interested in running Tren but I'd love to be 215ish b4 running it(maybe after my next cycle for a real dry grainy look

You can get prami from ar-r but BW is the only way you'll know(you only have 8 wks to run it)? I mean it's enough(but now you have to consider your dose etc)
Have you pulled BW for your E2 on this blast at all?? If not I'd do that first, see if anything needs tweaking(AI) and prolactin...
If you really want to run it - go for it but make sure you know what prami/& or caber will do and what other drugs interfere w/them(caber - if you take codeine based opiates it renders the drug inactive) one thing that comes to mind...
Prami take at bed time and titrate your dose(start at .25 if your nauseous back it off to .175 for a few days then .25 up to .5 or .75mgs ed - this is why BW is important to see where your levels were then in 4-5 wks get BW to see where your prolactin levels are(& E2)... Maybe a vet will chime in on the idea, too! No doubt it can be done - just many variables that I'd may steer clear of till next blast...
In bold - don't understand first sentences? Til cycle? Prami or caber?? This tells me you might want to do more research first and plan it out better for next time - you may be much happier to save it and add in the whole next blast... I'm not a fan of adding things... Especially a compound I never used in the middle... Did it once had to abort! Just thinking out loud... Don't want to see you not get what you want out of it!
If your BW from E2 states your g2g your prolactin won't be as much an issue(prolactin will follow High E2)... Control E2 prolactin won't be a problem(but have DA on hand)Last edited by NACH3; 06-06-2015 at 06:50 PM.
