Legs tonight. We decided to do pre exhaust with high volume reps.

Started with hack squat. This is a very new exercise to our body so nothing heavy just high reps as its hard to figure out the technique. So 2 sets high reps and low.

Then leg extensions 4 sets heavy x25 reps was in bits.

Leg press heavy again same rep range as above. Was very tough to make it to the rep range but pushed through the pain and exhaustion to keep going.

Hamstring curls same as above was insanely hard to keep going. Legs are like jelly pressing the clutch was awful in the car and now home to chill and refeed

I actually hate the leg press in the new gym the rom on it isn't great tbh. But you just have to work with what you got.

Let us know how you get on in the gym bio

maybe I just have different lag press than yo guys. My leg press machine puts no pressure on the back at all. It puts all the pressure right around my tail bone.

Legs tonight. Probably biceps too I haven't really hit them specifically yet since I've been back in the game. Amazing how quickly it comes back. After I eat and rest a bit. That last page made me hungry!

Are you using an angled leg press? That's what I have and I have to focus on keeping my @ss glued to the seat and not coming down too low with the weight. Otherwise, I start rounding my lower back.

Yeah it's angled. Have to come down super slow and controlled otherwise my lower back gets a lot of pressure. I take care of my legs mainly with squats.

Gotcha. I've had a lot of adhesion in lower back but it is slowly getting improving. I look forward to getting back to squatting. Nothing crazy, just squatting nice and smoothly. Been playing with my stance, and wide seems to work for me when squatting w/ a dry bar.

I have a somewhat narrow squat stance. I just feel like squatting and doing hypers have really strengthened my core and muscles surrounding the spine. I very rarely have any back pain nowadays.

Planning on getting a hyper bench and a couple other odds and ends with tax refund. Looking forward to adding in the hypers. I rigged up a half arse setup and it feels good to my lower back.
On a side note, I just took 6 hours vacation, some kind of crazy stomach bug. Didn't want to camp out in the restroom at work. How long did your stomach issues last?

I wasn't given a lot of choice but I found was to work around. Preacher curls incline curls to support my back, I can do most things laying down, leg press seated leg curls leg extensions do not bother it. I just had to Taylor my training to avoid compressing my spine. A couple lifts that I had to just give up we're the squats and dead lifts. Those are just a thing of the past but training for physic they really aren't as important. I am in better shape now than before the injury cause I learned to train smarter. I do believe that that disc kind of healed. It either auto fused at that segment or somehow stabilized. How not sure it doesn't really bother me anymore. When I had my MRI done it was bulging in every direction and the dr said there was 2 mm of space left between the vertebra

I have a bad low back and I load the presses up, it is the squats that really test my back. With presses I have learned how to position my back in the seat so it doesn't bother me.

Rest day today, weight is at 271 and I felt I ate a lot yesterday, still shedding water I guess. I look dryer and more detailed, so I will take it and start to add more food to the diet. The lump on the right side seems to be going down, but the left is still big and a tad sensitive, I hit it with the 100lb bell on flat press yesterday, then hit it again at work. The fuker is so big it is getting in the way just like a tit would, lol.

Still doing the stane 12.5mg every 8 hours, but backed the nolva off to 20mg at bed. Should I keep it at 20 morning, 20 evening, or just run with the 20 evening now? Not sure what impact high dose nolva over long periods has, or if it is even effective, thoughts?

I think that's it exactly.... Once you learn how to position yourself the leg presses put no pressure at all on the lower back. Assuming your are taking nolvadex for gyno? How long have you been on the aromasin ? Have the gyno symptoms subsided?

I have had a horrible gyno ride this cycle thanks to some bunk adex at the start and being very prone. Aromason has been on board for 2-3 weeks now, been trying to find the sweet spot, seems good right now at 12.5mg/3 time a day. I was up to 60mg of nolva at one point trying to stop the lumps from growing, the right side feels smaller today, hope the left follows soon. I figured a cruising dose of 20mg nolva would be good now that the stane is ramped up and doing its job.

You think 20mg twice a day is the way to go, I was thinking I should, but wasn't sure of the effectiveness from what I have been reading.

Oh dang, sorry you're still ill, GGR. Think I already posted this but w/ the respiratory bug I had it lasted approx. 10 days and then slowly improved. Hope you get to feeling better ASAP/stat.
Believe what I have now is just a 24hr. intestinal bug that is going around in Upstate SC. Fortunately, I lift @/home so if things go awry while I'm lifting, no one will be around to witness the "walk of shame" back to the house.

Ok just back from doing tri's stretching and straight bar pd for a warm up.

Straight bar pd 3 sets high reps

Cg bench 3 sets med reps

    Dips 4 sets med reps

Behind head cable ex 4 sets high reps

    Med rep 8-12
    High rep 15-20+

Good session guys as you can see no HIT the day. Very good burn really sore total fried them all done in 32 min.
This high rep lighter weight is still working for me no shoulder pain and ma muscle group i train is fried for days so happy the only thing i can get away with HIT is bi's , legs ,back but even doing this high rep just for a change really really works for me the now.
