Grabbed another case of flank steaks @ Sam's. $470 for 65 lbs. Price is up a bit, but still worth it to buy in case qty. Will have to come back for cases of split breasts later on, truck isn't unloaded all of the way yet.

Back this morning, not bad, I feel a little off, probably the weather system that blew in last night.

Treadmill with abs and stretching for a warm up.

Bent row: 1 warm, 1 feel, 2 working. Kept it at 3 plates, my low back and knee weren't into go any heavier.

Chins: 3 sets of 10. These felt good.

Hammer Strength row: 2 feel, 1 working 1 drop.

Pull downs: 1 feel, 1 working 1 drop.

Cable row: 2 feel, 1 working 1 drop. These felt great, good stretch and felt the muscle contract hard. Hit the stack easily, time to find a pin to add plates to the stack.

High cable row with rope: 3 sets of 10.

    Hypers: 3 working.

Dips: 2 sets of 20 to finish off.

Was a good session, but I am going to have to find a pin to add to the stacks, I am limiting out everything with not too much effort. I guess it's a good thing that my back is pretty strong, but I can't progress any more with the weights I have to work with. Even the plate loaded machines are maxed out, they only hold 5 plates, I need longer plate holders or extenders.

Chest tomorrow, going to tear these pecs up real deep, need to put some size on my upper chest, it is coming along nicely though, just want more. Might go in for some light cardio after work, need to get some of the vacation beer weight off.

£175 gets everything covered except prolactin(you could add in) the woman's doesn't have E2 sensitive assay and that's what you want(still have to add prolactin but it's way cheaper add E2 sensitive and see how much) you can play around it's private md labs .com one word...

If you don't test prolactin(I'm not saying you shouldn't) but I'd run the DA(prami or caber) from the start and titrate up to .5mgs ed b4 bed... Until u can get everything tested! Only if E2 isn't in sweet spot... Then hold off for 5wks if your running it 10 and see what your prolactin E2 is again(but E2 should be fine if it's already dialed in on the blast)

Try to b/c blasting is much different than TRT - .25 is a standard dose but everyone I know who takes dex while on use .5 EOD - .5 e3d may work(myself included now I know how I react - it may be different for you - only BW will tell... When introducing a 19nor - or any other compounds(test etc) - you need to learn how your body reacts to them at those dosages(so once we've found our sweet spot test(which is changing cycle to cycle - making it important to write/remember these things(AI HCG DAs dosages etc) so we know what to expect)... I know you know these things but a reminder helps me go through it mentally... Any ?'s ask away... If I can't help obviously the others will
Nach, checking the tests now. The $175 all-inclusive test you refer to is the Male Hormone Panel, correct? My Prolactin has never been abnormal, so I am not really all too concerned with that being the additional cost. $175 is really a lot more than I want to spend, but I also want to be smart here.

I use .25 as I don't generally have Estradiol issues, just hematocrit issues. I do that EOD to E3D as I sometimes miss a day.

I keep a VERY thorough log in my planner of dates, doses, test results, weight, bf%, workouts, calories, sleep, etc. I am a bit anal is this regard lol

I just talked to my co-worker and he is ordering me 3 10ml vials of NPP from a newer distributor he swears by, I think it's called PharmaComp (they post the lab analysis of their compounds he says). At 100 per ml, that should last me 8 weeks. That sound about right? I also asked him to quote me a cost on some Prami or Caber. Anyone heard of PharmaComp?

That's a lot of flank steak..... And a damned good price compared to paying individually. It's about $14-$17/lb here.....

My back is in bits love it... Going in for legs(Gonna have to split arms w/chest and delts) I want to see if I can really get these arms to explode(major w/a minor) to get my split back! Will report when done fellas!

Yes sir, I try to buy wisely and ahead of time; save $$ for my anabolic appetite. I think most stores around here like Publix, etc. sell packs of flank for around $9.99/lb. right now. If we have a good summer, prices for beef should fall back down again.
Skirt steak is going through the roof here. Around $12-$13/ lb.

    Back today.

Everything felt good. Left feeling like if I wanted to do anymore I would have to go to the 10# plates. I felt my muscles were burnt.

Noticed another thing lacking at new gym. Barbell knurl is really worn. Mine will just about rip off the calluses it is so gnarly. Getting grip on a 315 deadlift is very easy. On theirs, at 225 I found my hanbds slipping. Guess I either need to get some straps or bring my chalk in and hope it helps.

I use a mouse pad cut into a palm sized grip, comfortable on the hands and the rubbery backing grips great. I need to go get some more, I left them at the gym and someone took them. I better not catch them using them or someone is in for a hurting.

They allow me to go heavy and not tear my hands up. Nothing worse than pinching and ripping a callus when lifting something heavy, kind of distracting.

Training going well and things are changing, getting a bit thicker in places and my confidence in heavy lifts is through the roof.

Cuff injury is still there but working around it,

lower back issues are getting better and my squat and all overhead lifting is going up

Lost a fair amount of BF

Chest today, hit a new pb on incline db press, 125's for 6 with a 90 drop for 7. Really hope we get our bigger bells soon, I need more weight, lol.

Treadmill, stretching, and some crunches for a warm up.

Incline db press: 1 warm, 2 feel, 1 working 1 drop.

Flat bench: 1 warm, 2 feel, 1 working 1 drop.

Incline db fly: 2 feel, 1 working.

Hammer Strength decline: 1 feel, 2 working.

    Pec dec: 3 working.

    Dips: 3 sets to failure.

Chest was fully engorged with blood, great pump. My rc joints were a tad tender on bench, might be from having no grips and the new bars are a bit slippery. I need to go get a set of grips, I have a blister on my hand from today and my calluses are getting thick. Cardio day tomorrow with some ab work, it's that time of year.

After buying the belt, and actually squatting some decent Weight. .

It's two days later and I'm in pain. it's difficult to handle bathroom business for two reasons. . It's hell to sit down AND my glutes are in so much pain it hurts to sit on them.

    It's awesome

It's always a good leg day when you need to wrap your knees to take a dump.

Back and tri's done.... I focussed mainly on my upper back and thickness.

High rows, close hammer grip pull downs, hammer grip t-bar rows, straight arm pull downs - all done to failure.

Triceps - close grip bench, skull crushers, cable push downs and finished with 1 arm reverse grip push downs.

My back is tight as hell and my tri's are pumped - it's going to be a good day :-)

Chest - went well - really liking the pre-exhaust and suppersetting on pull back

    Stretching SMR RCs hammies back
Standing side/front laterals done cables to get blood flowing

    1. Incline flies(new weight) warm ups feeler 2w 10-12 boy did they burn(all to failure) suppersetted into BB incline smith presses - still able to bang out a decent weight(suppersetting flies into presses) for 12(almost needed him) lol/ 11(1force)

    2. Flat flies(new weight) warms 2w failing in 10-12 - suppersetted right into presses(only had to change to heavier DBs on presses) 2w 8-12 failing
    Was shot after these lol

    3 pec deck - 3w 10-15 failing in between

    4. Cables(high down side/mid)suppersetted 2w each failing in 10-13rep range

Chest is destroyed - almost time to go back to PURE HIT next week - pre-exhaust is greatly saving my shoulder on presses atm too
