That's probably what I'm going to have to do. May be re-initiating low dose deca to my TRT asap as well.
Oh well, gotta wrap my head around a leg workout soon......getting under some heavy weight will make me forget about it.

I saw a few posts where lately people have minor injuries and such, and I just want to ask why bodybuilders don't seem to use near infrared or infrared light for muscle injuries and healing?

You can get good sized 880 nm arrays of LEDs on alibaba (96 or so), for very reasonable prices last I looked, and that light penetrates a few inches into the body and stimulates blood flow and healing. Has anyone tried something like this?

Get some rest big guy & hope you feel better asap!

    Legs today
    - stretching rolling RC ex's

    1. Seated calves - 4w pyramiding up - last set about 6-8 reps(started w/higher end reps)
    2. Reverse V squats - 3 feelers 1w drop drop + RP
    3. Smith lunges(were really S/Sed w/the V's which almost puked but held it in
    4. Stiff legged deads(DBs) - 3w pyramiding up
    5. Vertical leg press - 3w non lock(these killed me - higher end reps 12ish then about 8 to finish last set)
    6. Extensions - 2w drop - higher end reps 10-12ish
    7. Leg curls - 2w drop

Weights done in 37min / intense - short sweet and no fvkin around! Did the damage that needed to be done!
**funny story - yesterday I saw my pain management doc to set up a nerve block(super scapula - & median nerves) well he hasn't seen me in about a yr... He kept asking what supps are you taking... Lol he wasnt letting up at all(must have asked 5X in a 10min visit haha -

Sounds like life is humming right along for you man. I remember when we were both really indecisive on our career moves and used to bounce our thoughts off each other about it. I ended up making a change and you ended up staying put.. Looks like it was a good decision for both of us.

I shall send some notes and info to you in the morning. It's fascinating stuff - there's a lot of work being done showing mitochondria absorb the photons and it leads to reduced inflammation, increased energy production, increased collagen synthesis, increased antioxidant activity.

I'm going to order some NIR leds myself, just haven't had the time to find the unit I want and place the order.

Her coach has a great plan for carbs and he's gone above and beyond with her. She's starting her carb up already. He explained his reasoning with water and I agree with his plan. He's the pro!

Called into work early. Interfered with lifting tonight so I will get legs done late tomorrow and hopefully get in arms Saturday night. Trying to keep a schedule going.

Roughly 3-4 liters of plain water and about 2 liters of a lemonade/tea mixture.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Do any of you rotate your wrists during flyes or do you keep your wrists in a fixed position? I've always done them with the palms facing but ran across this and thought I would get some feedback.

That's one of the worse video examples of flyes, her form was awful and was moving way to much back taking stress off the chest onto the shoulders IMHO.

On the way down my bells slightly move and turn but its a groove what feels best for me

That's what I got from it, that she was loading up her shoulders, but wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. I have always done them the way you describe; in a "bearhug" manner and the dumbbells are never that far behind my shoulders.. When I ran across the video, it kind of puzzled me. Thanks!
Also, to be 100% honest, I saw the pretty blonde haired lady in the preview and had to click on the link.

Last workout of the week. Stil reload, just 80%. Deadlifts, hacksquats high reps pianastyle, hams two exercices, rear delts 3 exercises, back thickness two rows exercices, a little biceps and traps.

Very dizzy and exhausted first hour, dont know why. Think i stil got zero test, lh and fsh due to notworking pct. Sizewise pretty ok. And stil steroid pump, hope its not from my elevated hct, 53% 3 weeks after cycle.

So...Yeah...if this is a vet only diary just tell me and i will disappear like a fart in the wind.
