Everytime I go to visit I have to get a few doughnuts lol. There aren't any factories by me, not that the store doughnuts are bad, it's just I'd rather keep the warm ones as a treat every few years lol

Cardio or chest for me tonight. I will say my traps are still complaining from 2 days ago and my back is wanting to be wimpy from yesterday evening. I took a relaxer and all.should be well by this evening.

Haz, I believe I may be able to decrease the angle of my bench one more notch before it is totally flat. If so, I am going to try my inclines at the lesser angle like you mentioned when I do lift again.

Telephone call from the doctors today and I have to go in asap,
many levels out of range, wouldn't go to far into it but liver, kidney function,,thyroid numbers and others are high. He wouldn't go into my Testosterone I have to go and see him.

Not good news and seeing that he wont discuss this over the phone isn't a good sign either.

Never take orals and don't cycle high anymore,

Hey Haz, were the first two sets feelers or.... Asking b/c you got 8 on the last one(or your working set into a drop)... Hitting good numbers(I may have to give you run for your money on these LOL (note you'll surpass those numbers quite quickly Haz - 400+ by end or middle of cycle) - smith is the only BB I can use(then I use DBs(I'm sure your way stronger on DBs than I am LOL -

I hit 335 yesterday on CG bench(smith) for 7 I think it's in my w/o! But I'm also using slight incline and reg incline now as well to build my upper chest up and out!

Smith is much easier on my shoulders - have to use more bells to build up my stabilizing muscles(RCs etc)

I warmed up with 225 and it felt really light. I went straight to 315 and the first set felt good. The 2nd set I struggled with.... Not sure why. For the 3rd set I had one of the girls from the gym at the smith with me so I didnt have to break tension to do the drop. I guess I released adrenalin with her there lmfao. I banged out 8 solid reps with great form. Based on my first two set I was figuring I'd get 4 reps. Now I have a good baseline for next week.

I hate messing with BB or BB smith..... Today felt great tho so I tried it.

I've gotten similar phone calls/diff reasons best to get into doctors ASAP so brain doesn't run rampant ( mine does in these circumstances) as much as I know worrying is as effective as chewing gum to solve an algebraic equation.

Thx, Sfla! I put the pully above my head as the rope will hang down(have it a little above your head/or abouts) as you pull the cable out for your working set its angled(very little) down and pull to your face/chin area... Best I can explain it(hope it helps) anyone else have a better explanation...

Once your comfortable you'll get in a nice groove...

Your delts and traps look mean man..... Well done. Back looks thicker keep hitting it hard

Edit: Have one criticism..... If you don't mind hearing it? Tide detergent is okay but Arm and Hammer will work better on your stains. Jus sayin

You'll be fine. Remember, it may be something totally unrelated to aas usage and easily corrected.

Good luck marcus mate! Im sure you will be fine as kelkel said

1 week into my cut, dropped a kg so far, havent been following a diet though, just been getting my cardio in consistent drug protocol, Started my official diet today, lucky i use preworkouts and they blunt my appetite a bit or i dont think id ever be able to cut hahah!

First time using Primobolan too, on 800mg a week of it, read anything lower and dont bother. Marcus what do you think of primobolan, what did it do for you when you used it?
