Good back and shoulders today boys and girls:
Front pulldowns. Heavy yet strict. I don't lay back much at all on these.
Spider rows on smith. Heavy today with RP's. Killing this movement.
T-Bar rows. Two sets, kinda moderate weight as I've avoided these lately do to W-N's.
Close grip pull downs. Looser form and heavy.
Shrugs (rear)
Lateral raises
One arm dumbell upright rows
Dumbell presses. Still taking it easy on these.
Good workout overall. Pepperoni Pizza an hour or so later!

Nice lift and you're killing me with the pizza. We have a place about 40 minutes or so from the house that makes a phenomenal stuffed pizza. Off work tonight, so watching a movie with the wife and beasts. Downloaded some new (to me) stoner rock CDs onto my phone. Will be heading to the shop around dawn or maybe a bit earlier to crank up some tunes and hit legs.

LOL, I can understand that. That's one of the things I like about where the wife and I live. When I'm off of work, the wife, dogs, and I will go sit out in the field by my shop and watch for falling stars, listen to the owls and bobwhites, deer roaming about etc. Just have watch out for the occasional trespasser that has had one too many to drink.

Good lift this morning. Feeling rested and was just a smidge stronger, maybe?
Lower back/body stretches and 2 sets of crunches
Leg ext- 2 w/u, Work-14+, drop, 8+,drop,8+ w/ a long hold on last partial rep.
Hacks-1 w/u, Work-10-4-4. I think the knees are complaining a little less than usual.
Reverse hacks-10-5-5. Slight increase in weight on these but they are really revving up the heart.
Seated calf raises-Work-17-5+-4+.
Standing calf raises-1 w/u, Work-14-7-5 w/ a long hold on last contraction into a slow neg. Slight increase in weight on these.
Leg press-1 w/u, Work-8-4-3. This was also a little bump up in weight. . Heart was working OT.
Leg curl-Work-14,drop,5,drop,7+ w/ a long 10 count hold on last partial rep.

killlled legs two days ago... got some crazy DOMS? does anyone know why legs are more sore ~2-3 days after the workout rather than the day after???

1st self blood letting - well not so good(tried a tourniquet instead of a damn cuff) I know stupid(couldn't control the pressure) blood was not that thick - im concerned more about my platelets/& monocytes... It was ok I got the hard part down - not bad at all tho overall - actually easy - I took my eye off the spike for a sec and bam it came loose - blood was draining well - a lil longer than expected - so I'll drill 3 holes and do it that way!

I'm scared to go donate I am thinking of home spraying myself. I did my first leg injection yesterday sence I have always hit glutes. I have to get ready for eod tren ace. Leg had a little not and it didn't help that I killed legs rite after.
