speaking of shakes... does any of you drink branched cyclic dextrins intra workout?? heard good things compared to dextrose.. wanted to see your thoughts on it!

Had a decent run at it tonight. Tried to stay moving the whole time so I could take care of a couple of things before work.
Seated alt. d'bell curls-2 w/u, Work-7,drop,3+drop,,4+.
Incline d'bell curls-2 w/u, Work-5,drop,2+,drop,3+.
Preachers off the back of the bench- Work-7,drop,3- 4 cheat reps w/ a slow neg. One more rep on the drop and rest pause w/ right arm vs. left.
Close grip EZ curls (little cheating on these)-2 sets of 5
Triceps pressdown w/ horseshoe handle- Work-5,drop,5,drop,4+.
Close grip Smythe press-1 w/u, Work-5,drop,5+,drop,7+
D'bell skulls-Work-9,drop,5,drop,5+.
Pinwheels- 15 reps/ arm.
Biceps stretches off a high bar in Smythe machine.

One week left of offseason before i transition into a shredding phase, after 2.5 years or so im looking foward to it. The amount of food i have been eating im diskling, feel tired, shitty, lerthagic, bloated and full haha. Wont miss it for a little while, looking foward to cardio and maintenance calories for the next 12 weeks. I wont reveal dosages for my cut cycle because i dont need noobies trying to follow it, but ill be using a variey of different compound over the duration of the 3 months, august to nov, and swapping them in and out at certain weeks. My main long esters will be Primobolan and Tren e with my TRT test.

Legs today
Testing my new PL trainers out
warmed up- and went straight into squats - did really well braced and got my technique perfect which resulted in more power, shifted some decent weight then dropped a few plates off and repped away, nice a tidy on my pullback.
leg press - same again braced and perfect form, repped decent weight and hit higher end rep range, legs burnt
leg extentions - 3 sets failure
lying leg curls - 3 sets
standing calves - 3 sets
seated calves- 3 sets
all failure and higher end reps.
back feels a lot better and my bracing is coming along fine, only issue I can see is getting my left arm back to hold the bar on the squats due to my RC but with broomstick stretches its getting better and the flexibility is moving in the right direction.
weight is coming down which I wanted due to a blood test I have to have next week.

I'm doing ok, ive got an UTI which was causing me some issues but this time no blood clots. Ive self medicated and the smell has completely gone away and I feel better. I have a large bladder and I am not emptying it fully which is causing problems so I need to go more often and get the fuker empty. The scan also showed large kidneys but they said that's not a problem they look fine and also a larger than normal prostate which isn't causing me any issues but I started to regular take Cialis to help this issues. Ive also got a slightly enlarge heart to go along with everything else what is large inside of me lol fuking great. But things are looking up. Ive dropped around 7 lbs because I am having a blood test next week and ive also come off all supps except protein.

1. BBcurls(definitely curling/pulling more weight now) - 2 feelers 1w 5(2 forced) Drop 4/3 drop 4(TD)
2. Seated alt DB curls(these hurt the shoulder - but such a great ex that im doing strict form for a while - focusing on squeeze at top of contraction) 1w DD
3. Preachers w/EZ bar(CG - arms hanging from front of preacher bench) - 2w 5/4 drop 4(going over top of head) killers - suppersetted into hammer preachers from side of preacher bench 2w 4-8 failing and forced w/other arm
4. CG cable curls - 1w then dropped from working set to 80lbs(started at 160) shocked the hell outta my bis
Tris
1. Weighted dips - 2w DD
2. Smith CG bench - 3 feelers 2w TD heavy(drops only getting 2-3max)
3. French curls - 2w drop w/one arm extensions(palms facing each other)
4. Tri pushdowns - horseshoe grip - 1w DD - suppersetted w/rope pushdowns(started at 120 and dropped to 60lbs by a plate at a time)
Finished w/reg hammer curls suppersetted into reverse pushdowns - had nothing left - and that was my point
Fvking screamer fellas - i can't move me arms at all let alone(typing took me 20min I think lol - great atm session one of my best

Well guys, hard to post full workouts on the phone.
Arms yesterday...lots of superset ting and drops.
Today got a great shoulder session in. Couple supper set...Everything had drops or half reps in them.
Will be my last session for about a week. Heading to Austin Wednesday night. And basically work every minute until the plane ride lol.
Can't wait to get away. Get away from work and people lmao.

Since I've started cycling(from beginning) I take it & ed since the self medicating... works great!!
Arms are sore... Hard to straiten - will stretch out & eat -
Woke up w/real bad stomach pains(I have GI probs from time to time) so I use magnesium chelated but seemed very blocked up and painful... Getting better... Just trying to drink lots of water...Last edited by NACH3; 07-28-2015 at 09:50 AM.

Just back from a great chest session.
Cable flys 1 working DD pulleys were at shoulder hight liked it
Incline db press 1 working +rp DD. **new weight**
Incline db fly 1 working,+rp 1 drop
Leaning one arm db fly 2 working just reped it out on these
Pec dec 1 working 1 drop
Cardio 30
Never did any flat presses or fly as i was getting a wee niggle from my left shoulder so never chanced it.

Delts/traps - real intense!
Stretching lots of RC ex's rolling ball in rear delts side/front laterals and more RC ex in between first feelers - abs
1. Smith MP(new weight) - 4 feelers 1w 5 DD(same weight) 4/3+ partial
2. Reverse hammer press - 2 feelers 1w 6+RP/3 drop 4-5 drop 3 -
3. Heavy 45degree side laterals(focusing on pulling back for traps & rears) 2w DD
4. Heavy Reverse front laterals - 1w 6 DD(same weight) 5/3
5. EZ bar cable upright rows(real smooth on shoulder & holding top of contraction for 3+s and a slow neg on way down) 2w DD
6. Rope Face pulls(supersetted both grips) - 2 feelers 1w TD
7. Shrugs - 3 behind back 3 reg 2 DB - all holding at top of contraction for 3-5s w/a slow neg and real nice stretch!
Weights done in 40min
I've been thinkin - I moved my shoulders up to where my chest day used to be a ways back to bring up my delts/traps(it's working - and also for shoulders sake(pain) / and my chest is more genetically better w/building muscle and shaping up) is there a need to change this.... Just curious to see what you guys and gals have to say? Don't fix what ain't broke?!

I did a full body workout today just to burn some calories. At my daughters softball tournament and had to use the gym at the hotel. It was better then doing nothing but not the hit training I am liking
