I have.... Usually when over consuming Protein(the first thing that came to mind was asparagus lol - but sounds more like proteinuria to me?! I've had it in the past - but lately only the asparagus is making my urine smell!
Is it almost like a sour smell?!
Just did a sm search - are your kidneys ok? Ever had kidney stones?

One arm cable pd 1 working 1 drop 2 forced 2 neg
Tri pd 1 working +rp DD Ez bar just for a change
Cardio 40min
Dips 3 sets 8-10 reps a set
Dips where just to finish them off i could not do them before cardio because of the wee skinny cvnts playing on it.

Colour is fine its been smelling like plastic for a few weeks.

Marcus...usually I believe high protein in urine is a sign of an infection...I could be wrong so don't quote me on that....but after 5 stones I've come to notice alot from my urine. Color or smell usually says blood in the urine.

I did about 6 years ago and my urine was extremely foamy. Did the 24 hour urine collection process and honestly, the container was more foam than liquid. The Dr. was kinda freaked about the amount of protein being expelled in my urine.
It ended up being medication related. I could never maintain a therapeutic level and dropped it when I had the urine issues. Dropped the med and it went away. Delts/traps -
Stretching rolling RC ex's abs warmed up w/a plate front raises and sides to get blood pumping
1. DB side laterals(holding leaning out) - feeler 2w - 10/8.5 DD 6/4 suppersetted into behind back cable side laterals - 2w 6-12 failing DD 4-8 failing(both w sets but finished one exercise w/drops and partials then the next w set into drops)
2. Front raises(cable rope between legs - pulling rope out at top of contraction) - 2w 8/6.5 DD 5/3.5-4
3. 45 degree angled side 1w 6 drop w 5 drop 4/3
4. Reverse grip front raises - 2w 7/5 drop 3
5. Smith MP(new weight) - 2 feelers 1w 6 drop 4/3 failed trying for another
Forgot - Reverse hammer strength - 2w 8/5-6 drop 4/3
6. Smith upright rows - 2w 8/6 drop 4 + partials
7. Face pulls(8-12 and a burnout set for each) suppersetted w/reverse cable flys(higher rep range 12ish)
8. Shrugs - 3 behind back - 3 reg grip - 4 DB starting w/120s dropping down to 95s w/holding the contraction for 3s minimum w/slow negs & long stretch once down

Hit chest and bis yesterday....had a decent workout though I didn't sleep the night before and that played a part.
Smashed back and tris this morning, felt great, rest pause and drop sets to failure and a little beyond....close and wide grip pull downs,hammer strength back machine, low pulley rows, tri push downs variation of.
