Beast for sure. I hate to be the guy to point out flaws in someone clearly in better shape than myself but he has a serious lump under his left nipple.

Haz, your arms are growing fast! I'll be quite interested in you getting to 20+ after cycle(I think that getting to 20 is very feasible) awesome stuff!

Did back earlier good session but i think i will do a pull back shortly

Seated row 1 working TD Med grip

    CG PD 1 working DD

Straight arm pd 1 working DD

T bar old school 1 working 1 drop

Four exercises not much but i did the damage that's what counts.

AG/Kel i tried the supported rows but the shitty shitty smith at ma gym does not go all the way to the floor so even with the bench over it and me with ma chest over the top of it the bar is too close.

That's impressive, Haz! Proud for you, man. Even with perfect genetics you still would have to bust your @ss get there (and yes, I'm jealous, buddy! )

    Seated d'bell curl-2 w/u, Work-9,drop,3,drop, 4-3+ reps
    Incline d'bell curl-2 w/u, Work-5,drop,2+,drop,3+-3+ reps. Second w/u set = very painful.
Preacher curls off back of bench-7+ reps, drop,2+ reps and 5 cheat reps w/ slow neg.
Standing close grip cable EZ curls- 9+ reps w/ a slow 10 count negative on last partial.
    Triceps press down w/ straight bar-2 w/u, Work-5+,drop,4+,drop,3+ - 3+ reps.
    Close grip Smythe- 1 w/u, Work-8-3,drop,5- 4+ reps.
    D'bells skulls-8,drop,4+
Pinwheels-14 reps then biceps stretch off high bar in Smythe machine for a long 45 count.

Think I may put the close grip Smythe presses ahead of the cable pressdowns next time. Have been doing the lifts in the same order for a while and feel like I need to at least try changing it up a tad.

46 minutes. Arms are still burning somewhat.

The next step is it have them bigger than her waist, stop fuking around and train them hard, get as much blood as you can in m, pin the living days out of them in both heads and take that horrible sick feeling we get at the point of failure with arms into your head and shout to yourself " I want over 20" arms!

Fvck me lol sounds like a plan!

I'm nervous to pin bi's..... Idunno why. I pin the long head in the tris (near the top) and that's easy. Delts are cake to pin and so are the pecs. If the gear seizes up in my bicep I'm fvcked haha

My arms and delts overpower my chest. I'm quickly changing that tho....

I keep wanting to pin bis too, tris are cake - but on my one arm my biceps tendon was taken out - and I know you pin the two heads but where(I'm going to have to look up a good video on pinning bis -- on an angle not straight down right?? - and is 1" too big or gtg?!

I'm a lil nervous w/bis too - why? Any info/or tricks would be awesome!!

    Legs for me today...

Bis work pretty good for me, Haz. I pin them from the side rather than coming down on top of the muscles.

I believe Marcus pins from the outside part of the bi. I don't think you can go straight in.

    Surprisingly no! Lol

My sis has delts but she needs to bring them up badly. My father never could round out his delts. He did have rotator cuff issues but prior to and after that.... Still no capping.

I'm wide as fvck lol..... My sisters bf is 6'7 and is a big dude. When he met me I was out of the gym and I was still wide haha. I'm lucky I guess..... Broad shoulders and great genetics with regards to building muscle there.

Yeah I wouldn't go straight down in the muscle, guess I'll just try from the side next pin day... AG/Marcus - do you split your shot into two so you get each bicep on the same day?? that would be more optimal to get both to pin and then work em...

It's as easy as triceps or delts, just go in from the sides.

Yes sir. I used to load the pin and then hit both biceps. Painfully stretching the biceps after lifting has helped me get started towards a little "baby bump" of a peak.

    Another question.....

When you guys pin bi's..... You've got the large vein that runs up it. Not too far away from that vein is the humerus. Do you go above the vein or below it between the bone and the vein?

If any of that makes sense.....

I go below, Haz, but Marcus has much larger arms/more territory to choose from. He may go at it different?

So between the two. Just gotta be careful with the angle..... I wouldn't wanna hit the bone lmao! I might need a 1 1/2" pin to hit the center of my bicep lol.

Depends how much mg your pinning

But I use to pin inner and outer bicep on each arm from the sides inwards, lovely pain especially when you train them after pinning. Heaven

Total volume in pin would be 1.6ml(300mgs cyp(1cc)276mgs Deca (.6cc) e3d) so not much volume(Deca is 450mg/ml) .8ml in each...(700mgs cyp wkly - 576mgs deca wkly)

If I pin like AG mentioned in between(don't have 19" yet lol) is it more of a 45degree angle or 90 degree?? That's the last ?... Lol

2ml in my pecs and they're sore as shit. The last shot seized up in the muscle, left a huge lump and a bruise. I can't imagine what that would feel like in the bicep.

Pecs generally were easy for me, but I found biceps even easier. Start off @ a lower volume and work up from there if you try injecting biceps.

Off work tonight. Watching a movie this morning with the wife and beasts, it is too frigging steamy to cut grass and yard work right now.
Either working delts and traps late tonight/early morning or hitting some fat boy cardio.
