Marcus wish u the best man...stay healthy.

    Back tonight.

    Warm ups and strecthing

Wide grip pull downs superset into standing lat pull downs. 3 warms, 1 feel, 2 w dd (Drops were on wide grip only and hit a PB on this also 200)

Seated close grip rows 1 feel, 2 w dd another PB. (All machines are different but 210 here)

Started another superset here of low pully into high pully hammers but someone jumped in so only got a feel set of that then stuck to 2 working of low pully hammers

Tried db bent over rows. Basically did 3 feels sets since first time trying these.

    High pully hammer 2 w 1 drop

Underhand grip pull downs. 2w 1 drop

    Hyper to finish.

Gonna get this back where I want it to be sooner or later lol....was a good session.

    Thx Sfla my man!

Weirdest thing was in the worst condition for the previous two days - woke up today and pain/swelling significantly decreased - just by not having a spleen I needed to get those antibiotics as my white T cells(from past infections) sky rocket and land me in hospital to monitor... Ugh didn't want no BW done there lol

Bactrum landed me in the hospital for 6 days. High fever 106.5, nothing but f ice applied to my aortas throat and hip flexor area plus an IV running fluids because gurnee soaked with my sweat. Nothing to break fever not even a baby aspirin. bW indicated liver toxicity. Hospital thought the surgery was causing infection. It was a sulfa allergy from post surgery antibiotic.

    ooh sorry to hear!

Yup I'm allergic as well(sulfalamides) - a dr actually prescribed me bactrum and it clearly stated I'm allergic to sulfa drugs - after reading that I'm glad I didn't take it for a medical mal practice case

That happens with me as well, even with an 18 ga. Last time I clotted about 18" of the tubing. I move to another vein and a fresh needle and tubing when that happens, Marcus.

21g is very thin compared to the spike they use at blood donation center.

One could almost insert a 21g inside that spike lol

    Taking daily aspirin?

They tend to use a 21g for therapeutic Phlobotomies - no need to run a 16g harpoon in your vein imho ... At least not on different locations...

I believe the 16 and 18 ga are generally used for donations to prevent damage to the RBC, but therapeutic draws sometimes use a smaller guage since that blood will be discarded.
I noticed the smaller guage needle @ my first therapeutic draw and that was their response.

Edit. There's a little info on page 67 of the book in this link if anyone is interested.

    Legs:

Press: warm, 2 working and put on 720 for sets. Neoprene was strapped on. 2 heavy sets both for 6 slow, controlled reps.

Hack squats. 1 working and 2 heavy 360. 2nd set could only get 4, so dropped to 270 and repped out 6 more.. Last couple were a bitch.

Extensions and curls, seated and standing calf raises.

Was worn out so not abs (I'll hit those tomorrow with shoulders/traps) and no cardio. Came home and ate a chop, a steak, and a shit load of brown rice.... And a scoop of peanut butter cause I'm a bad ass.

It's regulated by the Feds - used to be 18g now 16g at the AC branch only(for donation centers) not therapeutic Phlobotomies(at least in my state - I'd assume every state but.... -

Being O neg is a huge plus!

My BP was on the high side - was after an energy drink -but I get nervous once the cuff goes on - no matter how good my breathing is(139/83 HR 66) what else besides cialis - which I take) would be good?

Adding in Argenine and Citruline - by increasing blood flow, would these supps help w/BP as well

    Hey guys/and gals,

Just wanted to share that I got an offer to start going through an orientation w/a major studio(Body Mechanix U - Studios in the Bay Area) - for Personal Training! I do have my NASM cert... And this is something I've always wanted to do - and it's structured very well - very business savvy as well as the commroderie amongst the staff and clientele! Very excited - it won't
Happen right away but I'm a lot closer than most due to already having my certification - since joining this thread/& forum I've learned much more than any classroom has ever taught me

Just wanted to share... Am excited to transition into this - the pay is far better than any gym I've ever heard of them making(they'll cap out at 35 hr whereas w/this Co. I have a chance - for 90+ hourly(and it's basically on me to make as much as I can/want - so I don't want to get comfortable and get laxed not what I'm here to do) and to make a decent 6+ figures... Just need to stay focused and tear it up!
