Did a bit of work with the roller on my lower back today. It is much looser, but I think I still want to go see the massage lady soon and let her work out my back. Also knocked out some crunches which helped with the muscle tightness.

    Leg ext.- 2 w/u, Work- 14.5 reps, drop, 3.5, drop, 4 w/ a long hold @ contraction.
Hacks- 1 w/u, Work-8-4-3. Added plates and jumped straight into reverse hacks.
Reverse hacks- 8-4-3. New weight on these and will bump up the weight on these again next time. Feel like I've been really kicking the sh!t out of these so I'm happy/ damn near "chuffed".
Seated calf raises-14-4-3+. Then went straight over to:
    Standing calf raises-1 w/u, Work-11-4-3+
Leg press- 1 w/u, Work-9-4-3. Thinking about adding just a bit of weight to these soon?
    Leg curl- Work-14, drop, 5+ w/ a long 10 count hold @ contraction.

Totally spent when I got done. Pretty much a trail of sweat on the shop floor. Really good time for me w/ minimal rest. My knees still complain just a tad during hacks but seem to be holding up well. As far as the rear hacks, muscles seem to be happy and I am getting fairly low before driving back up.
37 minutes not including crunches, stretches, and stripping plates when done.

Enjoy it, Clarky! I hope to be off work for at least one night this weekend and plan to unwind and maybe watch a few YouTube vids. Get my shot in the morning when I get off of work and let the games begin.

I often feel the same way, Clarky. We didn't have much extra money when I was younger, so I'm trying to throw a few extra $ towards retirement and still keep the wife and the dogs relatively happy.

I will definitely be feeling last nights leg session today/tomorrow. I fell walking up a flight of stairs a bit ago.
    1) Really glad it wasn't a metal stairway.
    2) Really, really glad no one was around.

Kick ass shoulder session today, pushed pretty hard even though it is a pull back week. Kept rest intervals short and intensity high, was pouring sweat and shoulders exploded with an insane pump. Think the tren e is starting to kick, lol.

Db press: 1 warm, 1 feel, 3 working.

    Shrugs: 1 feel, 3 working.

    Side cable: 3 working.

    Rear db: 3 working.

    Smith rear shrugs: 3 working.

    Press machine: 3 working.

Managed to get 100's up for 9.5 reps after hitting the 80's for 12 with a short break, couldn't lock that 10th rep. My low back and knee where tender from legs yesterday and didn't get as much sleep due to a late volleyball game last night, but I was on fire today. Going to crush m6 arms with some blood filling volume, maybe a bi/tri super set kinda workout.

Keep killing it boys and girls, summer is here and it's time to make the sheep envious of all are hard work and sacrifices.

OK guys, just did a double RBC donation. My hemoglobin was 18.7 which would put my hematocrit @ around 56% and I just self bled a pint roughly 5.5 weeks ago. My body is a medical oddity.
    Feeling good now.

Wow AG! I just did my double RBC last week and I thought mine was high at 17.4....especially as I had just done a double RBC 3 months ago exactly. I'm doing one every 3 months now. I just switch up the donor company to avoid the 6 month restriction.

My Estradiol Sensitive Results came back at 31.6. This is within the range, caps at 35 according to Labcorp. Any feedback? Should I increase my Anastrozole dose from .25 EOD? I was blasting at 700 (350 twice weekly) with testosterone cypionate and increased that to 800 on 6/2. I should be feeling the increase in about a week; not sure if this may increase Estradiol further... This test was done on 6/15, only 13 days after the increase from 700 to 800.

What is an ideal E2 Sensitive level on cycle?

I have to really stay on top of mine, sometimes it is a struggle.I have a clotting disorder (Factor V Leiden) and also really crank out the RBC so I try to monitor it frequently and do what is needed.
My hematocrit was 52.8% (if I remember correctly) prior to TRT and I hadn't cycled in years.

Hmm, then guidelines here are 56 days for whole blood donations and 112 days for double RBC. Didn't know there was a 6 month restriction?

Yes sir, I just self bled 5 weeks ago. I think I posted up a picture of a Powerade bottle half full of my wonderfully rich blood in this thread. Bass has a YouTube video that I watched and I basically followed it except instead of draining into a water bottle, I marked off a pint on a large Powerade bottle. It had a wide base and is less likely to tip.
I used an 18ga. needle and 4mm poly tubing to carry the blood. Bass used 5/32" tubing. Either one will work, 4mm and 5/32" are fairly close in size. Jam the tubing into the taper of the 18 ga. needle, apply a litle first aid tape to the joint where the tubing goes into the needle, poke a hole in the bottle top for the tubing, push the tubing through the bottle top,and that's about all there is to it. Itook me a couple of tries the first time to get a decent flow, but I've gotten better.
Bass' YouTube video was a huge help!

My mistake, that is correct. I donate doubles every 56 days now instead of the 112. So, I did just donate double 56 days before last week's and I was still that high.

AG do you use the Luer lock 18g spike or just a regular 18g and stick the tubing in or over the twist on hub?? I've got everything just wanted to make sure I have the right connection(I know I can McGuiver it too

So... I got denied again at the donating center(iron great, BP(126/75))... Found out that the FEDs regulated(unless a therapeutic draw w/script) all centers now must use a 16g needle @ the elbow on the ACs no ifs ands or buts! So I said to them even in your centers? They said yes(no more butterflies or smaller gauge needles) so I said if that's the case - I'll get turned down every time - I said looks like I'll be self blood letting! Lol - they quickly replied how do you know about that - I've been looking into it since being turned down 3x now - they said try getting a script first...

So it's going to be self bleeding(I figured I'd try one more time) - so I'll make sure I post a pic of the blood in the bottle(the only thing is my platelets and monocytes are high) BW next wk will tell me my crit levels(was 44)but has to be higher now, so gotta get this going...

So, just need to know if I need the luer lock 18g for the tubing or if a reg 18g will work?? Thx guys!

Thx guys!

    You think I should go w/an 18g or a 21g(f a 16g) lol

So, YES to luer lock is needed(for the hook up tubing)... I know the tubing is 5/32 or 4mm - or can a reg spike be used? That's the only ? I really need... Thx Bio

Getting blood drawn next wk... It's usually just my platelets and monocytes - crit was only 44 during last cycle... So I'll know more next wk... But iron/BP/HR all spot on... Just waiting till next wk as my T levels should be lowered by now too... Why I waited a lil bit

Hahaha sorry and glad you weren't hurt....wouldn't have laughed otherwise. I did that 2 weeks ago. Was walking into work and, as I came down stairs from parking garage, my knee went out and I went down the whole flight.....metal and concrete.

I limped into my department bitching about it and the first thing my supervisor did was pull it up on camera and laugh his ass off....so, No one was around, but everyone saw it lol

Your missing the point T i meat all requirements judt not where they draw - from my coma having all those lines(IVs) for 45+days, my AC branches collapsed - and it's FED regulated that they have to draw there unless you go to a hospital w/script for a therapeutic draw - I figured I'd give it one more shot until I plunge into self blood letting now - got it all but the actual spike(need to know if I need the Luer lock or a reg will do...
