Your stuff with the crystals in it, have you tried running under hot water or warm oven? I had some stuff show up over the winter and a bunch of it was all crystallized.. A little time in a warm oven and then under hot water and it was gtg.

It was a tiny crystal on the side that never moved - the TNE was in MCT oil and EO! It was still in the vial after I finished it... It wasn't crashed at all just that one crystal - and it never moved - I didn't think I needed to re-heat it since I wasn't worried about .2ml if that

And haven't had any others w/any in it! And am done w/my TNE - as the deca is kicking - just hope I can get this under control in a short time

Sounds like that crystal in your TNE may not have been test, Nach? Hope you get the leg issue squared away. Usually if gear starts to crash, it all tends to shoot the crapper, not just one small portion of it. Just a thought.

I%m trying to recall the IV antibiotics I had to run for 12 weeks when I had staph in my blood. One of them was Nafcillin, can't recall the other. I do remember they had me on very high dosages of IV antibiotics via a pump I wore on my side. Had to have blood drawn for a hepatic panel weekly to make sure my liver wasn't getting hammered.

My test levels are off the chart and he wanted me to stop my TRT for 4 weeks but hopefully I persuaded him not to but I am not to sure, I have to have my test levels done one week before my next injection. He had to examine me so when I took off my coat he's face changed. he also wouldn't give me my results he said don't worry about them they are very high and your RBC is at a very dangerous level of concern.

If it was that bad he would of told me to go to the hospital or I hope so.

Don't drink or smoke and workout lol last cycle was 500mgs and my bloods are fuked. Amazing !!

I would think if it were that bad he'd have done a blood draw right there or would have immediately sent you for one or more.
It's not abnormal for your creatine and liver values to be elevated. Side effect of muscle breakdown. Simply working out can elevate them for 7-10 days.
    Hydrate!
Remember, as we age our systems change. What we used to handle without issue can change. Example would be estrogen. Some begin TRT and don't need an AI for years, then suddenly with no change in protocol they require one. Internal resets basically.
You'll be fine. Just need to get a handle on it and monitor it more closely in the future.

If I can take a pint out tonight how much will be levels drop by? should I be in range from one pint saying that the fuker wont tell me. He's new and we haven't got a good relationship yet but shouldn't be that high otherwise he would of told me to go in but he did say its at stoke level.

Progress can be made at any age. Yes, you have to adapt your training as you get older, improvise and get a little smarter as well. But it's not a bad thing which is not always easy with stubborn body builders.

All that said, if you make it a lifestyle, something positive and not a chore, you'll reap great rewards that will pay you back for a lifetime. Just don't rush things like so many young guys do. For me, and I've said this many, many times here, reducing the frequency of training, increasing the intensity (HIT) and increasing rest periods has done wonders for maintaining quality muscle as I've aged.

Sleep apnea - I am not surprised the big guys have this. As you put on size, you could gain more tissue mass in mouth/throat which causes the sleep apnea (unless u have deviated septum also). This excess tissue can be removed with laser however as u gain weight, tissue size increases then sleep apnea may return.

Pretty much, yes, unless I've had a drink or two, that's when Mrs. Igi sleeps in the guest room.

I'm allergic to beer (how awful is that). So if I have one, I get incredibly stuffed up and if I'm lucky enough to fall asleep, I'm pretty loud.

Otherwise sleeping on my stomach with a curled up pillow seems to do the trick for me.

Also, Mrs. Igi has been kind enough, on several such occasions, to video me snoring so I can see just how bad it is.

My dad wears slippers..... His feet are cold all the time :-p
