OK, my thumb is beginning to pull back together nicely, so I taped it up and hit legs this evening. LOL, I did notice some dried thumb residue on the leg extension weight post. Definitely don't plan to make that mistake again.
Lower body and back stretches

You're welcome nach man you are a great benefit to the site honestly and thanks bio it's been a great week but done a bit of living tonight had a few drinks with old friends and family met a great women but typically shes taken.
My luck with women lately would put you off them forever tbh. Clearly this is nothing related to training but I feel this thread and well overall site is so much more than just a load of 0's and '1 of binary code we are a community even though we have never met.

I feel I know youse more than half the people I actually know(especially since moving) this is a great community, a brotherhood really!! I am thankful for that...

I have 5 brothers, I like you guys more than 4 of them so I'm not sure brotherhood works for me
Chest/bicept
incline bb 4 sets 185xfailure. 10-15 reps
BB preacher curls 4 sets 8-10 95lbs
pec deck. 4 sets with the stack to failure
Decline DB 4 sets 8 went up to 110's
DB hammer curls 3 sets failure
DB concentration curls 2 sets 8 reps (I do these to a count of 3 seconds up and 3 seconds down)
30 minutes cardio
My diet has been shit this weekend so far. Monday's coming and time to get back into the grind

This chest and sinus infection have just kicked my ass all week, feeling a bit better today but still congested. I will be hitting the gym tomorrow no matter what, the antibiotics are slowly working. It was a beautiful day here yesterday, got some sun and color on my pasty ass, lol. Going to buy a bicycle today so the wife and I can do some bike riding, she wants to start doing more outdoorsy stuff, which I am happy about. Time to buckle down next week and tighten up the diet, summer is just around the corner.

I'm closing on my house may 1. Pretty excited about it.
Namely, I'll be able to start my diet and actually be able to control it.
I'll be going to a deficit and starting a keto diet. I've heard so much good about it, I gotta try it. I'll also be adding in albuterol.
It will coincide with the last 8 weeks of my blast (straight test 500mg /week). The final week of my blast is also a big annual river trip. so I'm hoping to get pretty lean leading up to this trip.

I've been living with family. I'm not in control of groceries, I could buy my own and cook my own. . But I've just been dealing with it because I don't have to buy groceries or cook.

Leg day.
Did single leg leg press today just to see the strength variation between. I've made a bit of progress but the injured leg is still significantly weaker than the other.
Guess I'm going to have to keep working on forcing symmetry for a few more weeks before I can go heavy.
On the bright side I'm noticing some definition coming back in my arms and shoulders.
