Have the day off... Definitely a relaxing day... I actually slept more than 8hrs(first time Ina long time) lil fuzzy lol. Drinking a cup of black coffee...
Back is nice and sore, good day for a break... Back at tomorrow morning!

Yesterday's leg workout has rendered my wheels completely useless today O_o
Got back and bi's done but had to brace myself wen sitting lmao. It feels good to be sore again!

Yep, I've got to get into the habit of stretching hams. Chiro wants me to do them 5 times per day for a while, so I am. We'll see how it helps. And I definitely need a deep tissue massage. There's a massage school not far from me that offers either free or really cheap ones once a week to help train their people. Think I will jump on that deal.

Since I've started going wkly, it's starting to make a huge difference!! I'm so tight, she's said my hamies are real tight(not been getting to them due to my shoulder) but I didn't think of how it would pull on your low back(never had low back aches) makes total sense as I've tightened up during this cycle... Will add more stretching...

Did a sissy leg work out but I guess better then nothing. Hopefully it will pay off next week with a healed back.

Not happy about not doing cardio anymore, my partner isnt interested.

I've been doing cardio lately :-(
Usually 10 min warm up on an elliptical an 20 min stair master pwo. Since leg day has destroyed my quads and hams - I did 22min on the treadmill with wobbly legs

Just got an email from low t.. they're now offering b12 as part of their plan.
Cost is a bit extra, but considering the base price it's reasonable.
Anybody think b12 is worth it? it's $30/month (this doesn't exactly fall under price talk, but if needed I'll edit)

DB shoulder press. (felt weak struggled with my last set at 65lbs)
Cable shrugs
anterior shoulder raises
seated DB shrugs
cable raises
Rear delt flies
upright rows
Other than feeling weak on my only real power movement I moved through pretty quick only 30 minutes of cardio.

I may be mistaken, but I think working OT this week may actually allow me to be off both days this weekend. Made today a stretching and treadmilling day. Shot tomorrow, yard work, and some lifting is the plan.

Am resting up the day AG again. Will get a session in the mora probs will be bi's as i don't think i'll be able to do chest doing fly's ect hurts ma back even taking a big deep breath is sore.

Chest this morning... Got another PB on smith incline(325 for 5 then a force)... Great session will be feeling this for a couple days
Warm up(front side lateral raises), RCs/SMF/stretching - hammies
1. Incline smith 3 feelers 1w 5 DD(315) 4/3 all RPs
2. Flat DB - 1w 5 DD 5/3 can go up no spot
3. Decline hammer strength - 1w 6 DD 5/4 all RPs
4. Flat flies(palms facing forward) 2w 8-10
5. High cables(down at sides)/shoulder height/low - 2w all suppersetted
6. Pec dec palms down - 3w burned out
