    Legs Today,

    Squat - 3 feel sets, 1 working set
    Legs curls - 2 feel sets, 1 working set with 2 RPs , 1 working set with 20 partials reps
    Hack squat - 2 feel, 1 working with 7+3+2
    Legs press - 1 feel, 1 working with 12+4+4
    Legs extension - 1 working set with 12 + 12 partials
    Dumbbell stiff legs - 2 feel, 1 working straight set for 10 reps

    Basic calf exercise for 2 working sets

    Any of you guys ever use butter & paprika on your chicken? Smoked or regular us pretty good - but lately I've been using Italian seasoning/& a little southwestern style seasoning(w/I can't believe it's not butter) - pretty damn good for baking it(just don't over cook it)

    @ AG, see if you can find old bay too (it's a seasoning native to Maryland meant for use on blue crabs). You can order it on line if your local market doesn't have it. It's the bomb.com with a little EVOO. I sometimes use a jalapeño flavored EVOO as well with it witch kicks ass.

    @ NACH I've never done that but sounds like something I'll try pretty soon - thx for the idea. Eat your heart out diet and nutrition section!!

    Grazie x2 , Igi. If I'm not mistaken, I used some of that years ago when the wife and I decided to make a low county boil. Added a great flavor and the sodium content looks to be tolerable.

    What a night..... I sweat so badly last night that the gf woke me up to tell me lol. I was mad as hell she woke me up but I had to lay towels down on the bed and change my boxers.

    Today is back and tri's for me. My legs are sore from yesterday's epic workout and they're hard as rock. Bout to eat oatmeal and eggs..... Then after I digest I'm going to give my back hell.

    things are going.

    job is shaky with oil prices the way they are, so maybe trying to venture into sales

    smoothie is still around believe it or not! haha!

    training, started lifting a lil heavier, gained a few lbs but still trying to cut the flab. had a wee niggle in right wrist this morning when doing cleans and press, hurt when my wrist was cocked. when i put the weight down, it felt like i had no strength in it. i did what i could after that.

    I do badly - and just started looking into Propranolol... It can be takin Ed... But if not timed right it can surely make you tired and lack of energy(w/o's would suffer) - I'm looking into a more natural remedy(like the ones you've mentioned first!

    I also suffer from PTSD - from the car accident and surreal dreams I have - very scary really - after my accident I would be in a dream full of dead people asking for help(heads blown off missing limbs etc) it took a long time to sleep somewhat comfortably again!

    I don't..... The only time I'm really anxious is if I don't have a "plan" when a problem comes up. I've been through some rough times financially and during those times I had no end in sight.... That's when I get anxiety real bad. I'm really lucky to have some things going my way so right now, even with a baby on the way, I'm doing okay.

    I'm not on cialis but I will be shortly. You guys have been talking quite a bit about it lately and it's intrigued me. Idunno how ill cope with the influx of blood down there. It's bad enough on cycle let alone 5-10mg cialis all the time.....

    Can't eat tilapia anymore...lol.

    But this is what I used to do either oven or on a grill.

    Wrap fish, spinach, chopped bell peppers, one jalapeño, fresh cilantro, lemon pepper, and a half lemon...wrap all in tin foil. Stick in oven or on grill for 10 or so mins depending on yours.

    As Kel said its not that bad(but when I first started taking it my ex was wtf... Then she couldn't hang anymore :/) still got it whenever but you could tell it was more painful for her then pleasurable after the 1-2X's... :/ she was a trooper tho!

    When chef speaks, Igi listens. Remember that dish you told me about a long time ago.. Brown rice with hoisin, egg, EVOO, and low sodium soy sauce.. I still make that and it's one of my favs. Good stuff

    Registered at blood donation today didn't tell them about my medication and everything went well. See what happens now and if they send me my blood donor card. I have to wait 12 weeks now before I can do it again.

    Why not very low dose tren with test? Tren's something that works great even at low doses. I've no clue why many guys on the forum run the amount of it that they do. No wonder they feel like shit. My last batch of tren A was something like 76 mg per ml. Half cc of that (do the math) eod (actually M-W-F) and it's awesome. Great results, little sides. Way too many guys in the Q & A run cycles far larger than their bodies require, imnsfho.

    Know this, very low dose Tren is being studied as a form of TRT. Imagine that.

    I would not recommend any more than about 150 mgs of tren total for the week. No need for 350 and no need for ED. I think you'll be surprised by what that amount will do for you.

    Lol in bold Kel, when I do run tren a - would you start w/50mg ed(I'd pin it ed w/prop) probably 500mgs test to 350 tren a? Is that to much iyhfo lol
    I'm with Kel on the tren thing. 50mg tren a rod gives amazing results. Though I have to eat way in excess of tdee just to maintain weight. I think it's a great recomp compound with higher test. Makes me horny as hell at that dose too and no unpleasant sides.
