.25 mg eod is a good place to start and adjust if needed

Thanks Bio. Also, I've been searching the forums for a good reference for determining the ideal blast dosage for an individual. Can you point me in the right direction? I'm sure there's one out there I am missing. I want this blast to go perfectly this time around. I did 500 for my first blast, but that was just a random guess....I was reckless the first blast.

Currently doing HRT dose of 120 test cyp weekly, and 1000 iu HCG weekly, divided into E3.5D doses. I'm assuming the HcG dose never changes, but I have read a bit on here recommending daily dosing to minimize water retention. Considering that option.

Awesome. 500 alone, not in addition to HRT dose, correct? Thought I read a thread saying to add the blast dose to the HRT dose. Just want to make sure we are both talking the same total figure.

You will get it all back quick clarky, don't worry.

Legs today, my knee is still pretty sore so I kept it mild today.

Stand calf raise: 1 warm, 3 working.

    Seated calf press: 4 working.

Squat: 1 feel, 3 working. Stayed at 2 plates and did 12 reps, didn't want to stress the knee.

    Press: 3 working.

    Lying curl: 2 working.

It has been a few weeks since I hit legs, they got a good workout skiing, but the knee and calf have been a mess since I got back. I am pretty sure my left side will never be 100% with the nerve damage. At least now I know why my knee has been acting up all these years, never really knew for sure if it was from my back injury, but after the week of skiing and using certain muscles, I now know for sure. Shoulders tomorrow, going to try and pound out some heavy weight.

I am going to bring a friends son in for a workout on the weekend, he just turned 16 and has been training hard but needs some guidance. I want to see his form, get an idea of his split and diet, and show him some new exercises. He probably has no idea how to push himself into the deep waters so I should be able to give him a taste of what it feels like to past your self imposed limits. The kid is pretty excited to train with me, he follows some of my facebook stuff about training and wants to be "big like me" lol. Should be fun, looking forward to it.

Very cool and admirable of you to pass on your experience to the younger fellow, Zemp. Sounds like he already has an interest in diet and other aspects. That's f'in great!!

He is doing well for a kid his age, his mom is paranoid of supplements like creatine and pre workouts, I try and ease her mind about them. I give her info on the better types of protein powders and diet strategies, etc. The kid is in good shape, but is impatient as most kids are. I will introduce him to HIT and see how he responds to it, at such a young age he could really make some progress with it over the next few years.

So just went to doc, been having mild pain in kidneys....did urine test...have blood. So possible stones still around. UGH!!!

side note they yelled at me because I missed my physical. And wants me to get it done now. But I will have issue's with blood work...been crusing for 4 months and just started my blast the come off after.

    He ordered:

    Cbc (diff/plt)
    Lipids
    Creatine kinase total
    Tsh w/ reflex to ft4
Urine complete with reflex to culture
    Comp metabolic panel

Should I just put this off again? I got bloods last month and posted here...but that was me doing it personally.

If he's not checking your Test or E2 which were not noted then the only thing may be H&H "could" be a bit elevated. Creatine kinase and ALT/AST in your metabolic panel may be up a tad but simply lifting elevates those anyway. Just a thought. If you're more comfortable waiting, do so.

What's up brothers, glad everyone is still going strong. This is my busy time, billionaire's want their 30 million dollar houses for memorial day. Training has been great, hit legs again with my old training partner, felt better this time and thats what I was hoping for. So I said I was going to get serious with my diet and I have. I feel great, doubled my cardio and gave up sugar. I had a relapse after Kel grinded it in my head how bad it was. Im over the starving/gravings now and bf is dropping off. I feel so much better, it needed to be done. STAY IN THE GRIND GUYS, MUSCLE COMES WITH TIME !!!!

I think I've made a mistake, playing softball twice a week. Really screws up my lifting schedule.

After some thought, my serious team is on Fridays, fun league is Sundays. I think I'll put rest days on Wednesday Thursday, and do legs on Saturday. I don't really care if I'm sore on Sunday, but I don't want to be sore on Fridays

Never a stupid question when it comes to BW. It can be tricky with all the variables. It's not just a number and a range.

Decent Dr. visit today. Systolic was a tad high, but I just had finished lifting about an hour earlier and it is almost time to donate blood. BP was 134/76. Considering my past heart issues, I'm good with those numbers. Even though my weight has barely budged, my pants are practically falling off of me.
LOL, I think my Dr. may have spoken with Marcus, because she encouraged me to make cardio 2-3x/week a regular thing.
The Dr. was very happy with my last labs, pulled labs today, and won't be pulling labs again for 6 months. Also, she said she can audibly tell that my heart is continuing to get stronger and that the LBBB is barely noticeable. She gave me a "Well done" on my continued improvement and said I was progressing nicely. I told her I had a hell of a group of guys and gal supporting me.
Probably will go with another stress echo around June or so. She did ask that I stay on top of my blood donations since my hematocrit is naturally high (52% pre-TRT) and because of the Factor 5 Leiden.
All in all, a pretty good visit.

Last pullback lift this morning. Going back to full bore HIT beginning next lift...did I mention I have no labs due for 6 months?

    Biceps and lower body stretches
    Bent over CCC-2 w/u, Work1-6 reps/ arm, drop weight, Work2-11 reps/arm
    Alt. d'bell incline curl-1 w/u, Work1- 8 reps/side, drop weight, Work2- 6 reps/side
    Seated Alt. d'bell curl-Work1-4, drop weight, Work2-5
    Triceps presdown w/ straight handle-2 w/u, Work1-7, drop weight, Work2-6
Close grip Smythe- 1 wu, Work1-6, drop, Work2-11
    D'bell skullcrusher-1 w/u, Work-7
Kickbacks off incline bench- 6 reps/side

    39 minutes not including stretches.

Lift felt really good. Now that I have some of these house projects out of the way, I'm not in as much of a craptacular mood as I have been. Still got loads to do, but I can break it up into an hours work here and an hour there.
Mentally, I feel that I'm ready to drop back to the heavy duty lifts.

Legs are sore from yesterday, went in for shoulders this morning.

Db presses: 1 warm, 2 feel, 1 working(pb @110's), dropped weight for another working with more reps.

Bar shrug: 2 feel, 2 working @ 405 with a double drop on the last, stripped a plate each drop. Traps were on fire.

    Single side raise: 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's. All sets 10-15 reps.

Rear machine: 3 working with triple drop on last set.

Smith press: 2 feel, 2 working 1 drop.

Plate raise to the front: 3 sets with 45# plate.

Shoulders were nice and full, I was sweating like an animal, was a killer session. Arms tomorrow, have to see if the young'n is able to make it out tomorrow.
