    Kel,

How much, on average, would a blast increase hematocrit levels per month?

    225, 6', 33, 15% bf, bench 320, squat 405, dead 465.

Maybe look into this monitor AG is taking about and do a self donation of necessary?

Any good places to find info on doing it yourself?

Thanks for your advice here Nach, kelkel, Clarky, and AG....

Would really like to start the blast today as these levels aren't much more than my average as is....I've never exceed 52, as on my first blast. I imagine eating right and donating when eligible in 2 months (just over halfway through cycle) should minimize this, no?

Lol great. My wife would have a heart attack seeing me do this....

Curious, what about going to donate (as if your first time) under altered information? Would that work? They wouldn't connect me to me....unless drivers license is mandatory...damn it likely is.

I have read on these forums that HCG injections raise hematocrit substantially when taken in large weekly doses. As of 2 weeks ago, I started EOD smaller injections (250). Was considering going to 100 EOD to control this hematocrit. Perhaps splitting the twice weekly testosterone injections up more could also help my levels? I have read that you can combine the HcG and test into one syringe and inject both intramuscularly...so sick if already be doing HcG daily, it wouldn't be anymore.

No clue until you do it and run BW. For some guys a little bit will raise their hct. I know others who run grams with little to no change. I guess we're all unique. Except for Haz.

Ok... Just got back from a Red Cross donation drive... And they turned me down!!! I met all criteria... But they suddenly said that my middle veins(on both arms are collapsed which is true at the elbow only - due to my 07 coma/surgeries)?! But not even an inch away was the same bulging vein! But said now from shaving my arms that the area is irritated lol I just laughed...

Needless to say they made me feel like a drug addict... Not cool!!

So do I have to go thru a therapeutic phlebotomist? Or if I can get an 18" spike(no problem) but I need a line/tube w/suction... Anyone know where they could be hiding? . Or should I just make an appointment w/phlebot?? Thx guys!

    GGR and Nach,

I did a search and realized there are more organizations that offer blood donation services. Perhaps it is possible to try one of them? Red Cross may have turned you down, but maybe they wouldn't? Maybe they have different criteria? For Instance, in the Cleveland area, we have American Red Cross, but we also have others such as LifeShare.

Another thought...I wonder if LifeShare is able to track my last donation through Red Cross? If not, then I could alternate (as could many of you benefit from this) between each for donations, doubling my qualified donations....

    Thoughts?

Red Cross turns me away on a regular basis for low iron. They say it's not low for a heathy person but too low for a sick person. Sometimes it is just too low for a healthy person. I don't run whatever u fellas take to get this high heocrit so I don't need to blood let.....

I think Red Cross has me on there list as unable to donate. I haven't looked into alternate sites. Red Cross is actually the only one that shows up at the workplace. I'll have to take a look now.

Ok, have to ask a question here about the donating blood. I posted my bloods awhile back on anther board just to show support the source....don't really listen to anyone there anyways but was told there by someone that he does this. And honestly doesn't sound safe to me, but this is what he said....

When he needs to donate more often then what "the big red bus" allows, he will go to one of the places that pays for your blood donations in between the times if need be. Sounds kinda "crack headish" to me lol...but was wondering thoughts from you guys.

There is no way I could self letting......

Anyways did shoulders tonight with the wife and actually a vendor from work just moved to my area so he wanted to join us. We always talk at work and have talked to him learning hit and watching dorian videos. Which he did, kept asking is this a light set or heavy lol. Or if I said something he asked " is that what dorian says"

So ended up not being a great workout between watching my wife, and helping him with his form and trying to explain things.

Everything was typical though....at least 1 feel, 1-2 working with at least one drop.

    DB press

    Side Laterals

    Upright rows

    Front cable raise

    Front and back shrugs

That's all we did, thought it would be nice to have a partner, but it actually slows u way down. Spent way to much time waiting for nxt set.

    Thoughts?
Just made another appointment and they said there criteria was resiculous(I have veins in my damn stomach they coulda tapped lol... Regardless I have many on my body....

But everyone else(centers and concierge phlebotomists and both said if you were trying to do a good deed I would keep my blood... No shit but that's not a reality lol... Do I got an appt for tomorrow or Monday set em for both...

But I'm definitely looking into self blood letting(shoulda grabbed some Damon supplies whike in the hospital;but that's risky sometimes...

I think Red Cross has me on there list as unable to donate. I haven't looked into alternate sites. Red Cross is actually the only one that shows up at the workplace. I'll have to take a look now.
I did and there's many blood centers w/different criteria... Red Cross is the most strict! It's actually not my crit Girly, but my platelets/monocytes(plasma) But I don't have a spleen and when I told them that they did kinda perc up but still no...

Blood hero. Com Girly... They're nation wide.... And when I told them about my spleen they said do a DRBC as it has circulating properties?! Gotta look that part up(but I think - don't quite me - but might have something to do w/plasma or something) I have to look it up

Hmmm, I will look into that. Sounds better than doing myself....I watched that video and got shivers thinking of it....I hate those big damn needles! That's why I like double red donations...smaller needle.
