Did cardio the night 1 hour football.

Tonight was back.
Started 10 mins cardio.
Warm up of 2 sets of wide and close grip pull ups.
Then db rows 2 heavy sets one drop the blood was firing good now.
Then rack pulls hit a pb on this was really happy one drop loved it.
Then yates close grip bb rows one heavy one drop.
T bar rows to finish these were heavy and hard but felt unreal was wrecked after the session really feel I am breaking through a plateau

It was kinda an Idiotic move on my part. I'd done a good leg day including calves 2 days prior. Kinda felt something pull but the pain went away the next day. Played in the 30-40 year old basketball league 2 days later just making a quick move and my calf tore bad enough to instantly swell up and a part of it rolled down almost to my Achilles tendon.
After the surgery I was on crutches for a couple weeks, limped around for a few more. I never realized how much that muscle is used in just standing and balancing

Don't feel to good the day no nrg brain fog just piss. I'll report back if i get a session in i was going to do bi's but should really be doing shoulders but i'll see. You know whst it'd like can't miss a session in our brain lol.

Did an impromptu back session at home last night.
wasn't as good as a gym session. definitely going to have to stick to the gym for back days

Chest is sooo sore today from yesterdays session
Legs today fellas... Done weights in 40min...
Warms/stretching SMR/RCs still daily...
1. Seated Calf raises 2 feel 2 working DD
2. Squat ISO machine(5 aside need to build my legs up) 2 feels 2 working DD(6-12)
3. Elevated leg press(6-7 aside working) 1 feel 2 working DD
4. DB RDLs 3 working (12-15)
5. Leg extentions/curls suppersetted 3 working 12-15
6. Calf raises to burn out 2 working to failure

So got my BW back... Note I was taking .25mgs l-dex eod, no prami(until now)...
Got the women's panel... All through LabCorp... Now my question regarding estrodial(wasn't sensitive but is high?!)
MCV ---- 100 H----79-97 fl
Platelets(which were high prior) 478----150-379x10E3/ul
Monocytes(also high prior) 1.3----.1-.9 x10E3/ul
AST (been taking NAC 1200mgs ed gonna bump it 2400) 77---- 0-40 iu/L
ALT 59 ----0-44 iu/L
Testosterone , serum 12,522 pretty nice!
Prolactin 25.9 H ---- 4.0-15.2 ng/ml
Estrodial 60 H ----7.6-42.6 pg/ml (on my E2 sensitive essay the ref range was 3-70 - it's not where I want it so should I go w/.5 e3d or ??... I feel if anything I woulda been low with the aches in my low back from AI and such...

OK guys for the last 4 days, I have been climbing up into pines, pulling up chain, winching them around, dropping them, bucking them into manageable lengths, and hauling them to the brush pile. I had 3 more leaners from the ice storm that were hanging out over the roof of the house at crazy @ss angles. Got the main offenders done so if I can rest decent today, I'm hitting arms tonight. LOL, my upper back has gotten a butt ton load of work, but it's time to get back to my lifting.
Sorry I haven't been as active as I would like to, but this stuff was past due and working 6-7 days a week makes rough.

Nothing alarming really with your CBC's. Give some blood.
Normal for AST and ALT to be elevated due to lifting. Mine always are. Were you running an oral as well?
Don't compare ranges for estradiol and E2 Sensitive as they don't correlate but yes, up your dose. Every 2-3 days is just a guess until you pull BW again.

Thx Kel! Whew that makes me feel a lil better(especially the AI dose) will up it to .5 e3d or like .35 eod) all else was in great standing(what I put down was the only things outta range or close to being out/either way) Ill pull bloods say in a couple(3-4wks)?!
Yes I just started the oral winny last wk(so it's not too bad but will up my NAC to 2400mgs ed! And I started my Prami last night(am fine starting at .25 didn't have any sides at all - will up to .375 tonight until I get to .5-.75mgs ed!

hey peeps haven't had time to check in this week even though im on vacation...I too have been tying up loose ends so to speak with house maintenance and yard work...im still lifting even though im busy just haven't had the time to say sup peeps...so wasssssusuuuuuuppppp???....

Never used deca bio i know there the same you know what i mean i like the shorter cycle. I was thinking about using it this time around though.

Hey guys. Quick question: starting my blast in a week...I have Anastrozole, but am unsure of the proper dosing through my cycle? I think I will be cycling at about 500-620 test cyp weekly, split every 3.5 days.
225, 6', 33, 15% bf, bench 320, squat 405, dead 465.
