    Leg extensions-2 w/u, Work1-15 reps. Drop weight. Work2-16 reps.
    Hacks -3 w/u sets- Work1- 6 reps. Drop weight. Work2- 7 reps.
    Reverse hacks- 1 w/u, Work- 11 strong reps.
    Leg press- 1 w/u, Feet wide- Work1- 8 good reps. Drop weight. Work2- 10 reps. Drop a bit more weight. Feet narrow- Work3- 11 reps. Drop weight. Work4- 13 reps.
    Leg curl- Work1- 12 reps. Drop weight. Work2-11 reps.
    Seated calf raises- Work- 13 drop, 10.

    Only threw the seated calf raises to get in a little extra more on calves. I moved my regular calf work to the day I tinker with squats so I can focus on them more intensely.
    Had no elbow pain even loading the 100s on the leg press, although I do wear my elbow sleeves on leg day.
    It's low 40's here so good lifting weather. Took a little long, but I really cranked out a lot of work.

    65 minutes not including stretches and crunches. Already had a shake, shower, and getting ready to eat, but my legs are still trembling when I stand up.

    As always thx BIB! I was thinking of 5-600mgs/test too I love test lol- and the tren will be after my bulk for the summer... I'd rather run NPP or deca blow up then lean out!

    What's up fellas - finally settled in and first day at the new gym today - I'm hoping and calling to see if they have more hammer strength machines(pull down ones would be great)

    Question - my TrenNE has built up some resedue on bottom I'm hearing on my stove atm but I've never had to wait this long - it's due to the NE correct?!

    Possibly. What carrier and solvents, Nach? If.it was.made.with BA and high BB% , then it may need a hot water.bath. If they used guaiacol and oil or EO and it is.doing.that, I probably wouldn't trust it as much.

    It's not melting and I've never had this problem where I couldn't bring it back - is it the EO/or guaiacol??

    I.don't really care for UGL bases made with EO because some of them use industrial EO, not proper EO. If they used guaiacol, I would be hesitant just.because it didn't hold.
    If a hot water bath doesn't clear it up, I would probably set it.aside. If you put it in a pan of.almost boiling water and it improves somewhat, keep doing the same thing several.times and see if it holds.

    It was 'supposed' to be pharmaceutical EO/& guaiacol but who the hell knows lol

    It is clearing up on the stove but I'm gonna give it a few times like ya said!

    If it is starting to clear then repeat the process several times and if it holds and looks good, I would have a go at it. Tren sometimes looks a little swirly anyway. I have some 50!25/25 TNE/TrNE/drol sitting around that looks a little swirly but shoots fine.

    What is up beasts of the dungeon!

    I am feeling Ok, hope for little better as I feels like I got some throath infection dammit and head feels like pre-flu... just gotta get better soon as I have no time for this shit! Hope yous all are well and strong, people!

    Had a day off y-day as my legs were just not carrying me much at all from leg workout day before, but today feel great ~90% pain-free and dying to hit my chest and tris tonight!

    Gonna go hunt some garlic and brew some DIY home remedy preventative or something...

    How does 2017 looking for ya's nowadays?

    Good morning all. I hope you all had great & safe holiday weekends (actually the holiday extends to today here in the states). Nach, so happy you're getting established in your new gym. JC though, one day in the distant future I would like to be figure out your guy's aas discussions. How many trials, fails, nasty/useless aas have you guys had to experience in order to get proficient

    Started the first day of 2017 sore as hell from last week's really nasty workouts, but want to get back to it today. Not looking forward to the huge bump in crowds in the gym as people start their new year's resolutions though. Today is going to be slammed

    My limited version of legs today, then some elliptical and abs. The gym was slammed, but damn, there was so much size & muscle there at one time due to the holiday - my God.

    So psyched, spoke w/ a PT, hopefully he can see me 2 nights per week, other nights, very long walks with the wife. Got to get away from my wine habit every night. I'm up 15 pounds of muscle in the 15 months I've been on the forum, and have lost a lot of fat as well. But that was with 1-2 bottles of wine per night.

    Last week I was doing calves while I watched two beasts
    using the preacher machine I always use. They've got 18 inch arms and using my weight & grunting & yelling while they half-a** their way through the sets. I see so many beasts just coast through workouts & I see it a lot. I finally feel the true urge for me to get serious and proper.

    Doing good. Son started Kindergarden. Now I have been able to workout with a steady frequency. Putting size back on finally after 2 yrs of one or two days a week of training. Work never stops but hey that's ok. Better than the alternative.

    How's you training been? Everybody has the same avi as when I was here. Somebody has to be bigger or smaller by now. Lol

    That's what I'm going to do, AG! It definitely isn't sticking as much as it was I just don't want to walk away too long and it burst
