Legs are telling me I did some good work yesterday, so that's a plus. My plan is to get to bed fairly quickly when I get home and squeeze in a back session before work tomorrow.

Just hit chest/tris. On a pullback and feels really good. Wee niggles in both shoulders which is annoying and keeps things interesting as it relates to weight, form, and reps but I'm making it work. Was running npp this last cycle so may not have detected the sensitivity. Needs some time to heal but should be ok.

For a bit.

Worked almost 13 hours today though and ended up downing a shake for lunch. Have to be back in about 11 hours, so I'm eating about 14 oz. of ribeye steak, a small red potato, and a little salad w/watered down dressing now.
Going to eat and try to get to sleep quickly so I can do my best to get up in time to squeak in a back lift before going to work. When I don't get my lifting in regularly, I tend to hate myself more.than usual.

Nice triceps workout, bumping up my weights so know my recovery is happening. Ending 2016 strong. Didn't do as much cardio as intended, hopefully can make up for it tomorrow. Clarky did you pick out a kick-a** t.v., something in the 70 inch size?

Just checkin in fellas - gotta a lot on my plate just setting things up in PA Now rather than Cali -

Going to see and talk to a few gyms in the area - id love a dungeon type or one that has all these new hammer strength back machines(lat pulls high low pully rows, one arm hammer strength rows) etc w/some shoulder machines to press, as well!
