Got in a decent shoulder work down here in a Florida planet fitness They bumped my flight home until later then changed it back, I hope I get out on time I have PeaBody delivering my food at 6. Ready to get home and get focused back on moving down here, I got sidetracked but now have been reminded how bad I want to be down here.

Fasted cardio in the books and did delts for good measure (actually forgot them yesterday).
Forgot about a group I only see in the morning who I affectionately refer to as the "butt-bunnies". I know that comes off as sexist; it's not meant to, because seriously they are workout monsters. They are lead by this tiny female PT dynamo guiding a half dozen woman through non-stop squats, deads, front/rear/side lunges, "squat-hops" then cardio. Holy smokes, I can't believe they have any cartilage left on their knees or hips. They are tenacious!

Thanks, Prox. Somehow my wife has concluded that taking care of me is a full time job. I don't really buy it, but she does keep me fed and I am fairly housebroken?
Also, she doesn't drive. Never had a driver's license in her life. I mentioned to her once that she was just like her mother who never had a driver's license either. Pullback session tonight, so on most stuff I hit a working set, dropped weight, and jumped back into another working set with very little rest.
1 set of crunches
Close grip pulldown w/ u'hand grip- 2 wu, Work 1- 6+ reps with a slow 10 count neg. on partial rep. Drop weight. Work2- 8 reps.
Parallel grip pulldown- 1 w/u, Work1- 6+ reps w/ a 10 count hold. Drop weight. Work2-7+ reps w/ a 10 count neg.
Supported Smith rows- 1 w/u, Work1- 7 reps. Drop weight. Work2-7 reps. Still fiddling with my bench height on these. Ran the second set one notch higher because I still had range of motion left and was running into the back of my bench at the lower height. Also moved my feet slightly forward and will stay with these a while before going back to Tbar rows (I think).
Low pulley rows- Work1- 8+ reps. Drop weight. Work2- 9+ w/ 10 count hold on partial.
Deads- 2 straight sets of 10 just to stretch my back and hamstrings a tad and get the blood moving. My drivetrain is still smoked from the squats a few days ago.

Already have some Deca in house, coupled with low dose mast, test just the nebido.
The mast is cause I feel it works great with either deca or tren to include a low dosage DHT, totally anedoctal evidence, just my experience.
Of course that with the current job situation it brought a lot of instability to my life, so not really sure if Im going to start, or if Im even adding "extras".
By extras I mean HGH and the rest that comes with it.

It was great. It was my 1st time tren E, only used ace before, either E is a lot milder or the nebido only as test reduces the tren bad side effects.
