No problem. It may be different for you, but I seem.to manage Hct better doing more frequent whole blood donations, although if my Hct is much over 54%, I go with a double.
Staying well hydrated is a good idea also.

    Things that help control h&h:

    - Cardio (if your username is kelx2 please disregard)
    - not smoking, or being in low O2 environments
    - stop b12 supplements
    - limit vit C supps to 500mgs per day
    - drink yerba mate tea
    - drink and eat beets
    - eat grapefruit
    - add spoon of amla powder to shakes

Some of this only have anedoctal evidence

Of course, the first way to reduce h&h is to reduce TRT dosage...

What's whit the B vitamins... lower folate and B12 can lead to increased MCV and thus hematocrit, mine went down by %1 (currently at 44.5%) between July-September just because adding extra B9 lowered MCV by a couple of points, despite RBC increased by a tiny bit.

I was ~ 53% pre-TRT and off cycle for years, but that has always been my norm as well as upper end of the range Hgb. However, for the last couple of sets of labs, I've been under or at 50%. The main changes I've made are switching to weekly injections and also I altered my diet. I was eating beef 2-3 meals/day, but have been eating much more poultry over the last 6-7 months.
Also, I drastically cut my spinach consumption and went with lower iron containing foods. Another thing that I believe helped was I began supplementing with magnesium. I started the magnesium supplementation to help with potassium depletion and later found a Pubmed article and a few other references saying magnesium will also decrease iron absorption.
Not sure which helped me the most, or if my HCT will continue to hold, but thought I would throw the information out there.

Question: Amla powder? Is this made from gooseberries?

Yeah perhaps your right but the connection with B9, B12 and MCV is established, and nothing bizarre.

Yes, I understand. The volume of my rbcs is always mid range, the changes from come the number of rbc, or the plasma volume.

    Did back fellas, great session.

    Seated cg rows 1working DD

    T bar 1 working TD

    Rack pulls 1 working DD

Straight arm pd 1 working 1 drop

Back's fried, great session. Either arms or legs the mora, most likely arms though as thete is not a lot of leg gear so sat/sun are really quiet so that would be best.

Good stuff Clarky! I love those rack pulls - going to be implementing them a lot along with deads once back in my groove... Man do they make you strong

What rep range do you use for them? Heavy right?

I can't feel my legs. Thanks to the little tweaks I did to increase the intensity of my leg session. I felt it coming when I was walking to the truck after my session I knew it was going to be brutal . Last week I did the same thing pretty much as the week before and wasn't as destroyed like before so I knew I needed to up Intensity. I did that by adding a few more sets of this or that. A few 5 more reps each sets here or there. Less rest between my one leg squats and incline hill lunges. Stuff like that. Has me feeling like its mount Everest when I come up to a curb to step up on to
PS. The lunges are really helping my stabilizers. At first I was wobbly but now I'm way more stable a few sessions in doing lunges. I figured it was a largely hamstring move. But researched that it was a stabilizer benefit as well. Similar to the Abductor and inducter or whatever.

    Good afternoon you big f*ckers!

Hope everyone is doing well.. I had an off day today I did go in and stretch and walked on the treadmill for 30min... So that made me get up and get going. I have PIP like a big o ....... have no clue why. I guess its either the NPP or the volume. Hopefully it will get better because if not I am going to have to change something up... the puss is coming out for sure. LOL..

Getting ready to get at it here at work so I hope everyone else had a good day! Kill them workouts!!

My sleep sucks today. Is it possible to get trensomnia from just looking at the stuff?
Going to give this sleep thing one more try. Getting too late to take anything.

No triazolam at hand? It's both fast acting short lasting. That's what I'd take, instead of Xanax.

Bod, do you really have puss coming out of your inj spot? Or were u calling yourself a puss(y) lol - I sure hope it's not the infected puss coming out :/

Where'd you pin? Delts? How much volume? Go slow - your running your npp EOD right? Or at least M/W/F...

Id suggest at least trying your quad(put the base of your palm on your hip bone) where your middle finger ends up that's where you want to pin(where your pocket would be)...

    Ink how you get on!

    Good night everyone!
I'm just a stopping by to wish you all the best.
I managed to train back/lats pretty well today,
after sleeping for 24hours after i left the hospital.
So I'm good, but the psyche can take a little hit after such shit,
and i wasn't exactly stress free before.

But we pick ourself up and push forward, and that's what matters.
Have a nice one people, now I'm gonna get some more sleep.

I should be sleeping by now. It's friggin 1:30AM and I've hit the bed one hr ago. Also, I've pinned tren this night.

Usually, I fall dead into sleep, but I feel somewhat caffeinated. Never had this feel from test.

    Is this trensomnia?

Im actually dying falling asleep writing this, just few hrs ago busted my chest and tris... well done but more left in the tank for chest, so call it half arsed workout and leave it at that... at least I noticed some growth in width of the lower pecs and noticed lots more definition in my back... so thats that.

now really thinking how I should switch to 1 bodypart training every day, or even two sessions 12h apart, one early in the morning and another before bed ... of course single body part ... any suggestions?

    Night every1

    Any other tips?
My hematocrit were at 52 when they did blood in the hospital, and it was 51 last test at my doc. However, it was 54 when I was tested for infection/CRP in between these tests, and I saw the numbers at the machine they jused and it also showed hematocrit, and it was 54 then.

So I don't really need to bleed myself, at least according to the usual docs,
(Gonna talk to my endo about it, he's a bit more understanding and knowledgeable, plus when I say I feel better doing blood letting I hope that counts for something)

But any measures to keep hct low would be good.
It doesn't seem to be a problem with cruising doses of 250mg test e a week,
but blasting is another matter, especially with orals included.
Still, 54 was my highest read ever.

    Wish I could donate.

There's no way for an "adhd" mofo like myself to ever catch up on this thread. All I can do is read the 2 pages a day that are new! lol I've been a little anxious and stressed about a new job I'm starting Monday. It's not the new one so much as telling my boss tomorrow that I'm out. Don't want to leave the guy hanging but I can't pass the new job up. Not too well on sleep last night but I still managed to HIT back this morning. I went hard and almost puked a couple of times. By the time I was on deads, I was spent so I did some extensions instead. Anyways, I feel it's time to start sharing a lil more in my favorite thread. Happy HITting everyone!

    Hahahah....

Nach I was calling myself a puss... swear to God though the PIP from the NPP and test together feels like my freaking shoulder is going to fall off. It was in the right delt 2cc well really 1.9 lol. Test by its self isn't nothing no pip or anything but that just 1.5 cc.

I do it m/w/f .... so tomorrow I am going to do my left glute. Hopefully it will get better.

Never done the quad? How's that? I usually just do delts and glutes.

Thanks for the info by the way.

X2 on that Kenny ....hands down one of the best things I done when I started in here. You will not regret it. Even if it take a few days or weeks it will be worth it.

Make sure you grab Marcus's post of his 5 way split on page 41. It will give you a lot of insight. Check out around pages 999-1003 or so for some reposts. Lots of.good advice and tips through the whole thread. For example, Kel pointed out that working abs before doing any back exercises helps to stretch and warm up the area (and it does it very well).
Learn to hit absolute failure @ 8-12 reps before you start hitting the advanced protocols.
Absolute failure means when you finish your set you're wiped; if someone laid and ounce of gold in front of you in exchange for one more rep, you shouldn't be able to earn that ounce of gold. Make.sure you also understand the concept of a pullback and the timing that goes with it.

Also, hit YouTube for the Dorian Yates Blood n Guts videos.

Don't get discouraged! It takes time to learn how to push yourself to failure. Lastly, as Kel suggested, skim the thread and compare/contrast some of the lifts for body parts and see what appeals/suits you.
