Yesterday routine,
had to have a muscle relaxer which sent me a little weird or more weird than normal so forgive me for any posts or pm's I sent anyone lol
Triceps only
Single arm push downs
3 warm up sets- high end reps until the last warm up set
1 working set to failure plus 3 forced reps
db overhead extension two hand one bell
2 feel sets
2 working sets to failure
tricep kickback
2 working sets to failure
machine dips
2 working set to failure went over rep range
Triceps afterwards looked like a bulls back leg

Rested all day and just prepped my meals and literally was in and out all day except for eating! Feel great today - delts are getting crushed(and I've realized that for me to press w/the least amount of problems - is now facing the recline on a hammer strength plate loaded machine) so I'll just utilize a ton of drop sets and press last... When most warm!

How's the routine going - especially the xtra rest and 10+ day schedule?! When are your next set of labs, Marcus?(ones to see if your recovering better resulting in lower RBC count & P count)?

What's up fellas been a few.
Back from vacation and first day of work done.
I've stopped my blast until mri and they say something more definitive.
Hobbled through the airport lol....didn't get searched though :/. Hahah
But think the new anti inflammatory I'm on is working. And I'm back to normal with the occasional pains.
Figured better get fixed before I mess my self up lol.
Even taking time off lifting. Haven't been in a week. And depends on results is when I'll get back into it.
Maybe some cardio...I don't know what to do with myself if I don't go in lol.

RC ex's stretching lots of warm ups
Seated hammer press
Just 5 sets to get blood pumping as I didn't want to do a pre-ex
Rev Hammer strength press
3 warm ups 3 feelers
2w 3drops +RP -- went over rep range on purpose w/these - all to failure
Lying facing bench 35* DB front raises s/s cable front raises
2w last set dropped 3x -- 2w w/3drops + RP
Side laterals cables(behind back) / forces me to keep the best line possible on R side - SLOW & STRICT
3w last set 3drops +RPs(first 2 sets were higher end reps 12+)
DBs rear delts -- facing bench
2w 3drops higher end reps
Face pulls
2w high reps basically 2RPs
Shrugs - leaning back hitting back of traps
3w heavy but about 15+ reps
A good one guys - I finished my first new EOD training rotation and my body feels great
@ Kel - thx for helping me tweak some things - it feels real good - good groove too

I'm not going to go through all my posts yesterday but some of the must of been spaced out, sorry guys!
I had some serious stimulation and stretching going on with my shoulder and had to take an over dose of X so the world seemed to be all different through my eyes and I know I was posting so sorry if I upset anyone. I'm still here and not banned and haven't got any pm's from admin or BC so I must of been reasonable lol.
