my life past few months been a havoc, work, duty, family, and more work on top and in between... just now slowly getting the upper hand on things!
Yes, I did training session after a 10day rest yesterday (no-gym) , arms are now shot. Fasting because time was against me and I ran out to works unprepared just with breakfast and had to stretch to the end of the day
Im gonna start low and slow with ephedrine and will go from there but since you've mentioned I got curious maybe you've some good tips on how to get the most out of it with the least of it if you get the point?

Well I like alberterol it's a milder Stim and it helps w/energy - I'll take it 2x day depending on dose I've ran 12mgs day which is a decent amount and helped with cutting a lil BF - extra bonus besides the energy - ephedrine same it's good pre-w/o every now & then too

my initial plan is to get some kick out of ephedrine while doing mornings fasted cardio sessions, and then hit once more evening time before I hit the gym, also in fasted state.
Was toying with idea how about having it diluted in a bottle of water and just continuously sip trough the day?

battling with life and handful of occupations, time is scarce, food aint handy, too many other priorities... I usually top 3000-3500 kcals a day, no processed foods or sugars. averaging now ~150-200g protein ~150-200g fats and some carbs I think if I guestimate right, lately eye-balling everything, need to slap myself well

Whew, tonight was a pullback lift, but I'm still sweating over 2 hours later. Almost waited too late, so I really had minimal breaks. A working set, break and drop a tad of weight, and then a second set for most things.
RC exercises and broomstick stretches.
Incline flyes- 2 w/u, Work1- 7 reps, Work2- 8 reps
Incline d'bell press- 2 w/u, Work1- 5 reps, Work2- 7 reps
Flat flyes- 2 w/u, Work 1- 4 reps, Work 2- 9 reps
Flat d'bell press- 1 w/u, Work1- 6 reps, Work2- 8 reps.
Wrist curls w/ dry Oly bar to failure palms up and palms down superset with seated hammer curls to failure.
40 minutes not including RC exercises and broomstick stretches. I'm eyeballing the 90's for incline flyes, but not quite there yet. Maybe by the end of the year or after a round of supersetting flyes and presses. Traps are complaining from the chest session.Think it is from popping up the bells? Maybe, since it is Friday, perhaps a half of a relaxer or a Voltaren tab later.

Did back fellas and i felt strong as fvck, great session.
Seated row cg 1 working DD. Cable
Seated row wg 1 working 1 drop. Cable
Cg pd 1 working DD underhand grip **new weight**
Straight arm pd 1 working DD. **new weight**
Rack pulls 1 working DD
Smashed it fellas it was a fvcking screamer, well chuffed.
Rack pulls, were a good bit less than i normally do but am no that fussed the day as it went great and i did feel it.

Back & Traps -- had a w/o partner and we tore it up - finally able to strip the plates w/out stopping what a difference
BB Bent over rows
2 warm ups 1 feeler
2w 10+/8+ drop 5
Smith one arm rows
2 feelers(higher reps)
2w drop +RP
Hammer strength rows (unilaterally)
1 warm up w/12+ reps
2w heavy drop+RP
DB Shrugs supers face pulls(seated then into leg up w/forced reps & negs on each set)
3w Higher end reps due to seated then standing
Kept it short sweet heavy & simple - had a great pump - will use an off day for a lil fill in work if needed

Took yesterday off, well went in and walked out shortly later. Worked today for my old boss from years ago, BUSTED my ass out in the middle of a farm field for 9 hours. Im shot, no training today. Keep grinding guys!

Seated WG rows take more out of than seated CG rows, although CG rows really hit my back better.
