    Got in there and moved some weight around but my shoulder was in bad shape(raining and cold don't work well w/metal lol)

    Gonna be going at 6am tomorrow back & traps!

    I've had (only 2) massage therapists realign my shoulders. They did 3 specific and odd movements the last pops shoulder into joint.

    I didn't know my shoulder was OOP.

    Whew! You must have a pretty rough case of it. Maybe it will start getting better now. If you haven't taken Cipro before, know that it can make you feel a tad cruddy as well.

    Shoulder is still being a wuss on the downward motion when I rotate my arm with it bent at the elbow. Not nearly as pissy if I do it with my arm straight. Did more rolling and Voltaren gel and tabs. May have a try at it tomorrow.
    Will get it worked on some Friday. I booked 90 minutes and cute massage girl said it would be OK if it went a tad over 90 minutes.

    Bloodwork done, went through a new lab, too big for my liking, I prefer the smaller labs hehehe.

    Wife is on antibiotics for throat infection, hope I dont get it as bad.

    Fuckin A.... felt great today! Added a shot of TNE/TrenNE/methyl tren 102mgs/ml - 25mgs d-bol and crushed my back/traps!

    Back/traps

    - hammer strength wide grip lay pulldowns
    3 warm ups 3 feelers
    2w dropped on last set - last were full of blood

    BB Bent over rows
    3 straight sets to failure - and RPd each set

    One arm DB rows
    2w drop on last set

    Rev pec deck
    2w higher reps w/2 RP on each set

    Rope face pulls(high as possible hitting rears/& traps)
    4 straight sets

    DB Shrugs -
    4 straight sets -- al to failure

    Finished w/side laterals(keeping RC out of it by raising up & back leading with back of my hand) so much easier on the RC(thx Marcus)

    Weights about 45min -- real fast paced may have to do EOD training especially to start - it seems I haven't a clue how to ease back into it

    Morning all. Found out that evening workouts are a good way of getting your a** thrown out of bed. Too much tossing & turning. I don't need a crystal ball to tell me where I'll be sleeping the next several weeks.

    Melatonin really helps me but try taking the smallest dose possible - and turn off all lighting - I have 5mg tabs and Id break em in quarters and it worked great - half at the most I took

    My aunt and uncle have been doing that for yrs but if you saw how she aged I'd be in another room too lmao

    Stretching, 15 minutes of deep breathing, before bed, occasionally a half a Flexeril and .5-1mg alprazolam. Works for me (usually).
    My sleep is very fragmented and violent/disturbed so I generally medicate and/or 1 shot of shine on a bad day.

    Me, too. Kel mentioned that if I keep spending quality time.with my squat rack, he might give a hookup for some men's size 14 wide pumps or stilettos. That ought to really get my squat form ironed out.
