    Legs today boys and girl. My non-squat day.

    Extensions: 2 relatively heavy 15 ish reps to failure
    Verticals: Same as above but around 12 reps (wider stance as hip still hurts)
    Smith static lunges: 2 heavy, 10-12 reps.
    Seated curls: 2 sets, 12-15 reps
    Calf crap

    If you haven't done the static lunges on a smith type machine you need to try them. Killer movement and really nails the outside sweep of the quad, at least for me.

    One of my favorite movements for legs.... and you can go heavyier on them as well w/out really any risk of injury(on the smith)!

    Yep. I couldn't imagine lunges the old fashioned way anymore. Struggling for balance, holding dumbells, F that.

    30 degree incline dumbbell press -straight sets 5,5,4,4,3

    Bicep cable curls warm ups plug 1 double drop 5/2/2

    Preacher cable curls 1 straight set 9 reps plus 2 negative

    DB Lateral raises 2 working with 1 drop
    Machine Lateral Raises 2 drop sets.

    Sorry Kel, I was half way done with military presses when I remembered to start with laterals. I'll remember next week.

    Thanks man. Left the house feel about 80% but way way better than just staying in bed tbh. Got a haircut and beard tidy much needed was about 3 months since my last haircut lol

    Standind db side raises 2 working 1 drop

    Seated shoulder press 2 working 1 drop. Smith

    Rev db fly 3 sets face down on bench

    BB shrugs 2 working 1 drop

    Db shrugs 2 sets

    Done, good session i shifted some good weight and i sure felt it.

    Right as i said, there sure are some right cvnts about lol. Me and the mrs were in asda doing out shopping, ( ya'll over the pond it's walmart) So we were walking down the aisle and this fella was pushing a trolly towards us. Well a say pushing the thing was holding this cvnt up, a said to the mrs look at the state of that cvnt, about 2 sec at his back was the security guy and shop manager. The daft cunt had a sword about 4-5 ft in size wraped in a bad in the trolly hahaha he was not with it he was smashed.
    Anyway he was told to leave and they took him out the shop so that was that we finished the shopping and went out side for the car and the see him getting cuffed haha 4 police cars and a van for this cvnt and a 4-5 ft sword lying on the dec hahaha fvcking mad.
